@NoiseSupport @gonoise Since the 11th Sept update, your app stopped syncing workouts on Noise Halo 2 (works on Colorfit Pro 5 Max). Support is a joke—emails give broken links, and customer care is just IVR with no option to reach a real representative. When will this be fixed?

I had raised a request to change the address on 21-08-2025 for which I haven't received any mail for documents update needed, while trying to check status was displaying to provide documents which completed on 07-09-2025 and from than it is in verification state.

@gonoise , I am not sure how you handle the tickets raised by customer. suggest before sending the troubleshoot steps video URL please try to open it from your side as well.
Always getting 404 and issue remains unresolved .

In app could find `8443110406`
But as soon as I call it just get disconnected.
And in app there is no simple way to reach out to customer service.
Worst experience.
