@Se_Railway please explain to me why the last train out of Victoria last night, 00.36 to Ashford didn't stop at certain stations because there were no passengers on the train getting off there, what about people who were at those stations waiting for that train? That's not right

@Se_Railways_ I'm not seeking compensation I just want to know if that is standard practice for the guard to ask where you are getting off and then based on that deciding not to stop at certain stations

@dusk_uk customer service seems to non existent, crazy you can't actually speak to someone, all I want to do is cancel and reorder an alternative

@dusk_uk placed a bed order, it's not in stock so not dispatched but I need to cancel and change it to a different colour. I've emailed via your site a number of times but no response. Annoyingly there is no tel no to call to acyually speak to someone. When can I expect a reply?

#TheApprentice programme is stuck in the 90s, so over styled, most of the women dressed in super tight dresses and high levels, so old school, so dated and not current, this is not representative of how women dress in business today, what a turn off, wake up and get real!!

@Se_Railway are there any plans to increase the amount of trains going to Bkackfriars, there is currently just 1 early morning train at 7.05 which is a tad inadequate given the amount of city commuters travelling from this station?

@British_Airways impossible to get through to request a refund for my cancelled flights this week, why is there no refund option on the website, why as customers do we have to keep calling multiple times only not to get through?
