Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un!💔
My mother has returned to Allaah. I ask Allaah to make the illness a kaffarah for her, I ask that Allaah grant her reception in the esteemed company of His righteous servants, and may He reunite us in the Home of Perpetual Happiness. Ameen!
Ruling by other than Shari‘ah is Major Kufr
Shaykh Abd Ar-Rahman bin Hassan Al-Shaykh said:
“Whoever calls to seeking judgment by other than Allah and His Messenger ﷺ:
He has made a partner with Allah in obedience and opposed what the Messenger ﷺ was commanded by Allah to do, in His saying:
“And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware of them lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you.” [Al-Ma’idah: 49]
And His saying, Exalted is He:
“But no, by your Lord, they will not truly believe until they make you judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves, then find within themselves no discomfort concerning what you have judged, and submit in full submission.” [An-Nisa’: 65]
Whoever opposes what Allah and His Messenger have commanded by judging between people by other than what Allah has revealed, or by seeking such judgment in pursuit of what he desires and wants, has cast off the bond of Islam and faith from his neck, even if he claims to be a believer.
For Allah, Exalted is He, condemned those who wanted that and declared them false in their claim to faith, as implied by His saying, “They claim,” which negates their faith. For the word “claim” is generally used for someone whose assertion is false, due to his contradiction of what that assertion requires and his acting in a manner incompatible with it.
This is further confirmed by His saying: “Although they were commanded to reject it,” for rejecting false deities is a pillar of Tawhid, as stated in the verse in Surah Al-Baqarah. If this pillar is not fulfilled, a person is not a monotheist.
Tawhid is the foundation of faith, through which all deeds are sound and in whose absence they become corrupt.
This is also made clear in His saying, Exalted is He:
“So whoever rejects false deities and believes in Allah has grasped the firmest handhold…” [Al-Baqarah: 256]
That is because seeking judgment from the Taghut constitutes belief in it.
And His saying:
“And Satan wishes to lead them far astray.”
In this verse, Allah explains that seeking judgment from the Taghut is something Satan commands and makes attractive to those who obey him. He also explains that this is among the means by which Satan leads astray those whom he misguides. He emphasizes it with the verbal noun and describes it as far-reaching, indicating that this is among the greatest forms of misguidance and the furthest from guidance.
Thus, this verse contains four matters: first, that it is the will of Satan; second, that it is misguidance; third, that it is emphasized by the verbal noun; and fourth, that it is described as being far from the path of truth and guidance.
Glory be to Allah! How magnificent this Qur’an is, how eloquent it is, and how clearly it demonstrates that it is the speech of the Lord of all worlds, revealed to His noble Messenger and conveyed by His truthful and trustworthy servant. May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon them both.
His saying:
“And when it is said to them, ‘Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger,’ you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion.”
Allah, Exalted is He, explains that this is a characteristic of the hypocrites, and that whoever does this or seeks it, even if he claims to be a believer, is extremely far removed from faith.
The eminent scholar Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
“This is evidence that whoever is called to make the Book and the Sunnah the basis of judgment and refuses is among the hypocrites.”
Fellow Muslims, do you see how Kuffaar simply refuse to acknowledge the legality of actions and statements issuing from legal entities and bodies that contradict their own actions and statements issued by their legal bodies?
Islamic law is the ONLY authority in the universe because Allah AWJ is the only Sovereign and Legislator.
The mere act of acknowledging man-made law as an authority and calling for obedience to it is major Shirk.
Muslims ONLY acknowledge the punishments imposed by Taghut authorities NOT their laws and authority.
It is in consideration of the use of force by Tawagheet that Muslims fall under legal rulings in Islamic law related to coercion and compulsion.
Demanding and suing for one's rights may only be done according to Islamic law, even if in a "court" of Taghut. Still, it is better to forgo one's rights in order to avoid entering such a filthy, evil environment.
"Obedience to the rulers is obligatory..." they say.
Here are some of the Looney Tunes looking "rulers" they're talking about.
Aren't you sick of false scholars and false preachers making a mockery of Islamic law and the intelligence of Muslims?
Ibn Sahman:
“Whoever believes that judging according to the Sharia of Islam leads to fighting and discord, and that unity and harmony can only be achieved through the judgment of the Taghut, is a disbeliever and an enemy of Allah and all the messengers.”

Taghut law is "perfect"
This is what happens when you allow people who became Muslims at Fajr to start talking about Islam at Dhuhr.
Your Iman doesn't exist if you believe this.
One question about your "Khawarij":
Who's the Caliph being rebelled against?
Who are the "Believers" they're making Takfir of?
What are the "sins" they're making Takfir over?
What Muslim blood has been declared permissible?
If you answer these questions honestly, you'll find that the so-called "rulers" are the closest thing to "Khawarij" today and the people they falsely label "Khawarij" are the Believers whose blood has been declared lawful for the "sin" of appointing an Amir/Caliph and calling to Tawhid al-Haakimiyyah.
Only an imbecile thinks that the current wars in Palestine, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Mali, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, DRC, and elsewhere are between Muslims.
The wars in Muslim lands are between apostates who launch drones and missiles from a throne and safety net provided by Kuffaar and Muslim groups being slandered as "terrorists" by global media controlled by Israel.
Heftar, MBZ, MBS, Abdullah of Jordan, Muhammed VI, Sisi, Abbas, al-Alimi, Traore, Goita, Erdogan, Ghrieb, Zaafarani, al-Burhan, Sharif, Mojtaba, and the leaders of all other secular governments or non-Islamic kingdoms are all apostates.
None of them rules according to Islam & the Shari'ah. They all rule by secularism or royal decree, except Mojtaba, who rules by neo-Majusi Shirk.
This shouldn't be controversial.
These apostate leaders are the very obstacles to establishment of Islamic governance and the Shari'ah.
They are Shayateen and Tawagheet that have armies of "scholars" and "Imams" that cover for their apostasy and evil.
Don't listen to any scholar that tries to tell you the current wars are between Muslims.
They're either lying or too blinded by fear or false loyalty to tell the difference between Faith and Disbelief...
In the last few years, the definition of a Good Muslim and a Bad Muslim has become more refined: Good Muslim is the one who points out oppression and discrimination; Bad Muslim is the one who points out who is the oppressor and the source of discrimination.
Apostasy of one who aids Kuffar against Muslims by Speech, Wealth, Tongue or Heart
Imām of Najdi Da'wah wrote in a letter:
The Third Matter:
“The third matter among the things that necessitate jih@d for one who possesses this characteristic is supporting the polytheists and assisting them against the Muslims, whether by hand, by tongue, by heart, or by wealth. This is disbelief that expels a person from Islam. Whoever assists the polytheists against the Muslims Or provides them with wealth, with wealth that they use to wage war against the Muslims, doing so by choice has disbelieved.
Shaykh Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhab said in The Nullifiers of Islam:
The Eighth: Supporting the polytheists and assisting them against the Muslims.
The evidence is the statement of Allah, the Exalted:
“O you who believe, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are allies of one another. Whoever among you takes them as allies is indeed one of them.” [Surah al-Ma’idah 5:51]
Whoever possesses any of these characteristics that nullify Islam, or prevents any of the outward religious rites of Islam, or refuses to perform any of the outward laws of Islam, is to be fought until he acknowledges this and adheres to it.
By this, it becomes clear to you that fighting the people of Ha’il is among the best forms of jih@d. However, only people of insight recognize this. As for one who lacks insight, he sees jih@d as applying exclusively to the idol worshippers. As for one who has affirmed the two testimonies of Islām, he does not consider fighting him to be jih@d. Indeed, this matter had confused someone greater than the people of our time, as ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him):
“How can you fight the people, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no god but Allah. When they say it, they protect their blood and their wealth from me, except where its rights require otherwise’?”
Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) replied:
“By Allah, I will fight whoever differentiates between prayer and zakah, for zakah is a right due upon wealth. By Allah, if they withhold from me even a young she-goat that they used to give to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I will fight them for withholding it.”
This clarifies that whoever withholds a right belonging to Islam must be fought, and that this is among the best of deeds. Whoever recognizes this as the truth is among the people of the greatest insight, and he should praise Allah for that.
The evidence that he is among the most perceptive people is the story of Abu Bakr and ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with them both). Abu Bakr understood that fighting them was justified, even though they had affirmed the two testimonies of faith and had abandoned Shirk. ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with him) did not understand this until Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) explained it to him.
The scholars, may Allah have mercy upon them, used to regard Abu Bakr’s understanding of this matter as one of his virtues. This is sufficient for anyone who seeks the truth. As for the one whose heart has been blinded by personal desires and turned away from guidance, there is no remedy for him. There is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Most High, the Almighty. He is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds. May Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.”
Extremism in obeying those in authority will be the cause of destruction and defeat in those lands.
ولن تجد لسنة الله تبديلا
وإن يهلكون إلا أنفسهم وما يشعرون
واتبع الذين ظلموا ما أترفوا فيه وكانوا مجرمين
How much corruption has been ignored under the banner ‘hear and obey.’
I'm not a religious fanatic, but you have to be a fool to believe that because a couple kissed, they'll be beheaded.
You guys keep flying the narrative that they were killed because of a forehead kiss.
Does it make any sense
Ḥakīm al-Ummah (رحمه الله), writes in his book Furūʿ al-Īmān, which discusses the various branches of Īmān and the importance of safeguarding it:
Conditions for Travelling to Non-Muslim Countries
1. Sound Religious Knowledge: A person must possess sufficient and sound knowledge of Islam to dispel doubts and misconceptions, safeguard his faith and protect himself from un-Islamic influences.
2. Firmness and Steadfastness in Religion: He must be sufficiently firm and steadfast in his religion to protect himself from falling prey to temptations, unlawful desires and sexual immorality.
3. A Genuine and Pressing Need: He must have a genuine and pressing need to travel to such countries, such as seeking medical treatment, undergoing an operation or acquiring modern and beneficial knowledge that is unavailable in his own country. Therefore, travelling to the lands of the disbelievers and polytheists merely for sightseeing or tourism should be avoided.
The Ruling on Residing in Non-Muslim Countries
Taking up permanent residence in the lands of disbelief and polytheism can have serious and devastating consequences for a Muslim's faith, morals and character.
Some individuals return having turned away from their religion or having become deeply immersed in sin. Their aversion to religion may reach such an extent that, besides abandoning their own faith, they begin to reject all other religions and beliefs. Furthermore, they ridicule and mock the pure and noble personalities associated with those religions.
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:
مَنْ جَامَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَسَكَنَ مَعَهُمْ فَهُوَ مِثْلُهُمْ
"Whoever associates closely with the polytheists and resides amongst them is like them."
Ḥaḍrat Jarīr ibn ʿAbdillāh (r.a.) narrates that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:
"I disavow responsibility for every Muslim who resides amongst the polytheists."
Two Fundamental Conditions for Residing in the Lands of Disbelief
1. Sound Religious Knowledge, Firm Faith and Steadfastness
A person must possess sound religious knowledge, firm faith, strong determination and inner strength, enabling him to remain steadfast upon his religion and safeguard himself from misguidance.
Furthermore, he must refrain from developing affection or close attachments that compromise his religious principles and from establishing intimate friendships that may undermine his faith.
Such attachments may lead a person to adopt beliefs and practices contrary to Islām and imitate ways of life that conflict with its teachings. At the very least, they may weaken his resolve to reject statements and beliefs that contradict his religion.
2. Freedom to Practise and Openly Manifest One's Religion
A person must be able to openly and fully practise his religion without restrictions or hindrances.
He must enjoy the freedom to observe and uphold the religious symbols, rites and obligations of Islām.
For example, there must be no obstacles preventing him from performing the five daily obligatory prayers in congregation or attending the blessed Friday prayer.
Similarly, there must be no restrictions or interference concerning the payment of Zakāh, the observance of fasting, the performance of Ḥajj or the fulfilment of any other religious obligations.

Ijmāh on Kūfr of one who rules by Man-Made Lāws
Shāykh Mahmoud Shākir said:
“Their question — meaning the question of the Ibāḍiyyah to Abū Mijlaz concerning the Tāfsir of the Ayāh
• was not about what the innovators of our time use as an argument concerning judging in matters of property, honor, and .... by a law contrary to the Sharīʿah of the Muslims,
• nor was it about issuing a binding law that requires the Muslims to seek judgment from other than the judgment of Allah in His Book and upon the tongue of His Prophet ﷺ.
For this action is turning away from the judgment of Allah, abandoning His religion, and preferring the rulings of disbelief over the judgment of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He.
And no one from the people of the qiblah, despite their differences, has any doubt concerning declaring the one who says this (that Man-Mande Laws are Kufr Duna Kufr) and calls to it (Lāws) to be a Kafir “

"So if the Jahmi says: ‘I disbelieve in a Lord who moves from His place,’ then say: ‘Rather, I believe in a Lord who does whatever He wills’.”
A group transmitted this on authority of al-Fudayl, among them al-Bukhari in his Af'al il-Ibad...
Note: This is proof that denial of Divine Attributes, whose denial contradicts the apparent meaning of Nusus, is from misguidance and corrupt beliefs.

The legal classification of Bilād al-Kufr is an established ruling, And its ruling is not obscure to anyone who understands.
It is discussed in al-Ādāb by Ibn Mufliḥ, And the senior scholars affirmed it correctly, without error.
The people of the ditch mentioned in Surah Al-Burooj were threatened with death by being thrown in a ditch of fire; their only way out was to disbelieve in the true religion. They could’ve lied and saved their life, but they chose death instead.
Compare this to people today who aren’t even threatened with anything close to any bodily harm, yet not only they remain silent - which would still be fine to an extent, but rush to lie and sugarcoat the religion. Some even go to an extent of voluntarily committing Kufr while thinking they are giving Islam a better look in the eyes of its enemies.
Nothing about the children of muslims being kidnapped, taken to the south, and forcefully converted to Christianity.
Nothing about the false “Christian genocide” allegations.
Nothing about the Muslims killed and oppressed in Palestine, Ughyur, and several other regions.
