It worked for exactly 10 days. I was told to take the product to service centre who said this is duplicate product.

On call vijay from customer service told to take a letter from the centre and post it then we will get the refund from the seller. After the letter when we called again other person says 10 days window has closed we cannot do anything. First you sell fake products then u harass

@urbancompany_UC had a bathroom cleaning booking for today 11am. At 11 showed 15 mins away. Then suddenly it cancels & reschedules to tomo 8am. No intimation. One needs to keep the bathroom empty before visit and if I want to reschedule, I need to do it 12 hrs prior. Ridiculous
