Hey @JetBlue . We had an issue in our flight and the flightvattendant said the gate agent for help and the gate agent said to call customer service and the customer service said you should have asked the gate agent
@JetBlue At the end of the day it seems @JetBlue knew they were wrong, wanted to frustrate us by giving us the run around to the point that we would get fed up and give up. That’s a terrible way to treat your customers
