I asked my elder brother, who’s in NSG, to rate the Jaskirat fighting sequence and he gave it an 8/10.

Jaskirat didn’t have anything to carry an extra magazine, so he binds both magazines together and puts them in a way that makes reloading faster. As soon as one ends, the other is ready. This is called jungle taping.

He also liked how every time Jaskirat lost his rifle, he picked the same one instead of doing the usual South movie thing where the hero picks up any random gun from the ground. And every time he was about to chase someone, he put his pistol back and switched to the AK 47 for range fire.

Jaskirat being much more brutal than Hamza because he did all this for his family and revenge, not because it was his job, made this sequence even more iconic.

Maharaja of Mysore, Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar was detained by police in Karnataka during a protest over restrictions on a Ganeshotsava procession route.

Local police had restricted a planned Ganesha festival procession from passing down Mosque Road and prohibited bursting firecrackers at that spot, citing sensitivity and law and order.

BJP leaders and local devotees organized demonstrations against the police restrictions. Yaduveer Wadiyar joined the protest, arguing that public roads are open to all and that authorities should facilitate religious traditions rather than curb the Hindus.

Karnataka Police promptly detained him.

In Congress ruled KA, one can read namaz on any road on Eid, but Ganesh Chaturthi procession cannot pass through their designated roads and areas.

Maharashtra Minister @NiteshNRane has publicly urged FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe to inspect prominent Mumbai food establishments, including Haji Ali Juice Centre and Bade Miyan.

Nitesh Rane said he had spoken to Mundhe and alleged that some establishments were using artificial colours, potentially putting consumers’ health at risk.

This is the kind of decisive action we are seeing under CM @Dev_Fadnavis’ governance. And authorities should also crack down on those misusing established brand names and trademarks. You will find plenty of establishments operating under names like Haji Ali. If they are using a brand name to sell their products, they should be held accountable for what they are serving too.

Food adulteration and misuse of established brand names cannot be ignored.
