It is in Nigeria you will see a Christian preacher standing in the middle of a crowded place preaching “Women should not wear mini skirt, women should not wear trouser, women should not use make up, women should not wear jewelry, women should not look a man in the eyes but cast her face down when walking by a man, women should not dance, women should not walk if she has a big backside, women should not sit up if she has a big front side, women should not breathe if she has a pointed nose, women should not smile if she has perfect dentures, women should not laugh if her laugher is musical….”

I can go on and on

All these have nothing to do with Christianity!

Preachers who emphasize this and preach about this are not helping matters in anyway.

I once had a discussion with several pastors and I told them if they have issues with the female anatomy, they should just go to a mortuary and take a look around female cadavers until it sinks into their brain that it is just flesh!

I mean this with all my heart!

Nothing cures lust like an exposure to mortality!

Your message must be Christ alone!!!!
Anything else will only make you unacceptable in other cultures where your way of life is totally different from their own.

Not Paying Yourself First ( Saving “What’s Left”):
What you mostly do when salary arrives in the bank account is you prioritise paying the utility bills, rent, EMIs, and credit card bills, and spend on entertainment. What's left, we try to save it for spending in the ongoing month.

And then, try to save something for “Investment”. But unfortunately, “NOTHING LEFT”

So, as a result, you again move to become more “Poor” silently, then live in the illusion of becoming rich.

For instance, if 20% battery is left in your phone, and someone asks to play music or a video game, but you will try to use it effectively, as there are calls to come and important work to do.

The same comes to the cure of this habit:

d. The Cure:
Pay yourself first. For next time, when salary arrives, immediately route a fixed percentage for yourself (Investment), wheter it 5% or 10%, but it must be routed.Humans are naturally resourceful when spending a fixed amount of money; they know better how to live on it. So, force yourself to live on the remaining 95% or 90%.

Habits Singles Must Develop Before Getting Married

Don't say, "It is not my responsibility to carry the financial burden in a relationship. I am a woman"

I have seen many ladies who work, spend and live from day to day while waiting for a prince charming to come and rescue them from their lives and give them princess treatment as they become his wife.

Some will pay this rent and begin to confess that "I wont have to renew my rent because by then I will be in my husband's house"

Kill this mindset, be a virtuous woman who does not need to wait to be rescued by any man

The evidence as at that time didn’t suggest anything like this but I agreed that the young man and his daughter might have had previous communications I am not aware of.

In the same church, a man suddenly accused a pastor of having sexual relations with his fiancée
He shared messages of how the pastor invited his fiancée to meet with him to discuss and issue relating to (the man and his fiancée’s relationship in which the fiancée had called off the relationship and how to resolve it)

He claimed that his fiancée told him that after the meeting she followed the pastor to his house and he had sexual relations with her.

The pastor however had a CCTV at home and also a record of the WhatsApp chat and phone calls between him and the man’s fiancée.

The man’s fiancée told the pastor that her man was lazy and dependent on him for his finances and upkeep.
She said this was why she called the relationship off.

She then told the pastor that on her last trip out of the country she bought some things for him that she would like to set up in his flat.

Some art work, flower and flower vases, etc

She insisted he had to set it up herself and he gullibly allowed her to follow him home

When they got to the house, she set the things up and claimed to be tired afterward

She laid on the couch and asked him if he had food at home

He didn’t and he went out to get some food

While he was away she had taken off her clothes and laid on the couch naked

He came in and saw her naked

Then he screamed at her and called her names

He also said he would call the Bishop and report her to her fiancée.

She left.

After leaving she sent him many messages alleging that he led her on end after “Sleeping with her” threw her out like Amnon did to Tamar.

She then told her fiancée this story and he called the pastor and threatened to report the matter to the police.

The pastor called me and explained everything

I told him to send all the evidence to both the Bishop and the fiancée

He did.

The matter ended there!

It’s been three years and the rate of scandal in the church has dropped significantly

“A video is always better than a thousand words”

If she is setting up her camera, set up your camera too

If she edits and send out a twenty seconds video, send out the full video.

Men are naturally not wired to keep records but it is now a criteria for survival especially when operating in a sensitive terrain that could involve an he said-she said scenario.

Men are never believed when it comes to this issues

I saw some videos yesterday and laughed at how cleverly they were edited to misled the simple

How can you be so comfortable in the room of a man that you are setting up camera there to film yourself?

Then the young man comes in and holds you in a familiar manner and you use the video to accuse him of a crime against you

When we edit videos to tell a lie or to present ourselves as victims we should know that some of us are not so gullible.

It is the same as quoting a verse of scripture out of context to mislead the unthinking

Men must tell their own stories too and they must do so with evidence until it becomes clear that underhand tactics when it comes to male and female relationships will no longer be tolerated or acceptable.

How can the gospel be effective in a country like Singapore?
What about in Iceland and Japan?
What about in Rwanda?
If what we preach is sin consciousness or legalism, we will never get to win any soul in these nations.
They have the lowest crime rate in the world
This does not make them HOLY or Saved and fit for heaven
It only makes the "you will lose your salvation" approach ineffective in these countries.

When governments work hard to eliminate crime, and citizens comply, will the gospel we preach still be effective?

If our message is sin and sin consciousness and fear of hell, the citizens in these nations and others like it including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar etc be saved?

If the message is not Jesus, and eternal life

How will the people in nations like this bother to embrace Jesus?
