A peaceful worldwide demonstration outside Chinese embassies could be a powerful way to bring global attention to WangWang’s story.
I’m looking for passionate dog lovers and animal welfare supporters from every country who are willing to help organise a coordinated, peaceful event. The more nations that stand together on the same day, the louder our message will be.
If you’re interested in helping organise in your country or city, please get in touch with me. We need volunteers, organisers, and people willing to spread the word. Together, we can show that compassion has no borders and that WangWang has not been forgotten.
Please share this post so we can connect with supporters around the world. Every voice matters, and together we can make a real impact.

@mama00007777 She made the supreme sacrifice. #WangWang you have started a revolution. We will not stop till #China enacts a nationwide law against animal cruelty.
PM Modi and Amit Shah - you cannot threaten Gen Z into silence.
First you broke their bones. Now you are filing FIRs and taking down their accounts.
You are India’s past. Be careful about how you treat India’s future.

Forwarded: Before she was set ablaze, she had already endured over 50 minutes of brutal beating. She didn't run—she couldn't run. They had wrapped wire around her neck. When the pain became unbearable, she hid her head inside a piece of tarpaulin, leaving only her body exposed to the blows. The wooden planks studded with nails broke one after another under the strikes; they switched to steel pipes and shattered her legs.
She made it back to the sewer entrance, where inside the hole were her unweaned pups. She knew the pups had been beaten too, but she didn't know if they were still alive. She stopped struggling. She waited for them to finish beating her quickly and leave. When the gasoline was poured over her, she turned her back to them. She mistook the exhausted pause in the abuse for an end. She turned away, lowered her head, and glanced sideways at them, begging for mercy once more. Then, her body was ignited.
Flames erupted instantly, engulfing her. She let out agonized howls, leaping and thrashing in pain. Then she saw the little pup lying motionless on the ground. She rushed over, first pawing at the pup with her claws—no response. She nudged it with her muzzle—no response. Frantic, she circled the pup. By then, the fire was raging fiercely; she twisted her head in agony, trying to claw off the wire around her neck. She struggled for a long time, but she couldn't manage it. She was utterly helpless against human methods. The fire kept burning on her body as she drew close to the pup, then pulled away, then close again, then away again. When the blaze reached its peak, her body was a blurred, unrecognizable shape. She collapsed on the side, still.
The fire burned on her for over 20 minutes as she lay curled there, unable to survive bit by bit. Humans summed up her entire life with the simple four words "legal loophole."
