@AvantiWestCoast do we get any refunds on our train tickets for trains being cancelled and so having to stand the whole way from Manchester to London as the trains are always completely full? Booked weeks ago to make sure I had a seat, and yet here I am crammed into the doorway..

@LNER have we really been left in Grantham with the only choices of leaving for London being a train at 21:30 or a c3 hr trip via Nottingham. It's been a tough, emotional day and this is really an excellent cherry on the top.
