@Avis#unbelievable Booked via corporate & both cancellable/refundable and pre-book were priced SAME. Moreover, upon requesting cancellation within 10-20 minutes of booking, which is weeks ahead, it is asking for $50.

@HomeDepot has the worse customer service ever, if there is a competition for the worse customer experience they will win with flying colors.
They delivered my heavy package to the neighbors and wouldn’t do anything to move it or to compensate. Loosing all the credibility!
