@AmericanAir your email about upcoming flights says you can cancel and get a full refund… but when I cancelled and now try to get a refund your crap website says “you submitted a request for a ticket that’s already been flown”… nope. Flight was for Nov. 14. WTF!!

@HALcruises how is it you are one of the largest cruise companies in the world and doing a simple thing like making a payment on a cruise is impossible on your website! Tech support has opened multiple tickets and still unable to pay unless I wait hours on a phone!!! 🤬

@AmericanAir on flt 510 from AUA to MIA… the plane is colder than a meat locker and several people asked for blankets and there are none (not even in first - every other airline has blankets in first)… several people asked to make it warmer… and nothing.

@AskTSA traveling with three pieces of wood in my carryon (they are custom dog leash holders). All screws, etc. will be removed and only wood will be in carry on. Acceptable for bringing through? Can’t put in checked bag for fear they get damaged.
