The upgrading guide for Rails 7.1 has now a section about `config.autoload_lib`.

When upgrading, `config.autoload_lib` is a no-brainer if `lib` was already in the autoload paths. Otherwise, you can pass, or configure after checking conventions.

If you need to coordinate the efforts of lots of teams to deliver what matters, then your teams are by definition not set up to deliver value on their own.

If teams can deliver value on their own, you don't need SAFe.

@schneems @ksylor @_alanbsmith My approach is to narrow dependence on those APIs into a single chokepoint. Mock out that chokepoint (to the extent needed) by returning value objects instead of resorting to webmock/vcr/etc.

Have a separate suite of contract tests that hits the API and only runs occasionally.

Rather than incurring the bureaucratic friction of asking for permission to do the right things each time, we pre-commit/agree to "healthy habits".

Habits are hard to break and accumulate benefits.
