@ct4europe@NurseTwilight@LeShuttle We went to France on 19/7 booked 11.20pm train was a shambles then. We ended up on the 1.20am train by the skin of our teeth. They only had trains at 1.20, 3.20 & 5.20 throughout the night. There were also no hold ups due to customs.
@grantshapps What about teenagers that havent as yet been offered the vaccine. It's not really helping families if they will still need the predeparture antigen & day 2 pcr. Will there be a price cap on antigen tests? Why cant NHS antigen tests be used? They give them out for free in towns
@harsh_fl8@dionne_parry Someone else told me about it. I just googled british airways voucher filled out the form and have recieved mine. I booked nov 19 and was due to fly 14th oct
@British_Airways Exactly so why should I be penalised for covid which wasnt about when I booked. An entry test in Cyprus wasnt required when I booked and all I am asking is for a flight amendment. I'm a foster carer and this situation is certainly not helping with the children I have in place
@British_Airways That hasn't answered my question though. I want to know why someone can book a flight today and be allowed to change it free of change up to August 21 and yet I booked my flight prior to covid in good faith and I'm not allowed to change mine
@British_Airways so I booked my flight prior to covid (last year nov 2019) so was completely unaware or could foresee future events and I am being penalised. If I booked a flight now for travel until aug 21 I can change (knowing the current crisis) but i cant change a flight
@British_Airways when will you look to review september cut off for vouchers? Travelling in Oct to Cyprus want to move flight to next year. Cant fulfil Cyprus entry test requirements.
@Tesco A family member who is a nurse has been to your Gillingham store at 9.15 this morning to be told its at full capacity and she couldnt go in......
