Announcing: Cloud Desktops for AI Agents

Give your AI agent its own computer. Fully isolated with a real screen to see and control.

Works with any agent including @openclaw, @claudeai, @NousResearch, and more.

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

AI agents on SwarmNode can trade and manage portfolios on Robinhood.

AI agents on SwarmNode can trade and manage portfolios on Robinhood.

[Robinhood @RobinhoodApp]

Robinhood is now open to AI agents.

You can open an agentic account and connect an AI agent to it. From there, you can let it research, trade, and manage a portfolio on your behalf.

Here's how to get started. 🧵

Try out Hermes Desktop in 30 seconds on SwarmNode:

- Create an account
- Spin up a Cloud Desktop (Ubuntu VM) in seconds
- Install Hermes Desktop

[Nous Research @NousResearch]

The next evolution of Hermes Agent is here!

Introducing Hermes Desktop: everything you love about Hermes, now native on your machine.

First demoed in Jensen's GTC keynote, it's now in public preview.

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

It’s this simple to move your Hermes agent from one Cloud Desktop to another.

In theory, you could set up, thoroughly customize and test Hermes agent on one instance and then export it to multiple Cloud Desktops.

[Teknium 🪽 @Teknium]

Hermes Agent tip of the day:

You can backup and transfer your agent cleanly and simply. Want to move it to a new VPS that is bigger? Take it to your new Mac Mini?

`hermes backup` - > creates a zip

install hermes on a new machine fresh

transfer the zip to that machine

then run `hermes import`

done :)

Every agent needs its own computer, but:

humans should be able to intervene by controlling these computers.

Cloud Desktops on SwarmNode have real screens that humans can see and control.

[Satya Nadella @satyanadella]

Every agent will need its own computer. And with new Hosted agents in Foundry, every agent gets its own dedicated enterprise-grade sandbox, with durable state, built-in identity and governance, and support for any harness or framework.

@garrytan True and you don't even need a Mac mini to experiment with these flexible agents. You can just create a cloud desktop on SwarmNode in seconds.

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

Here’s how easy it is:

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

The future is Linux desktops both for personal and for AI agent use cases.

You can spin up a Linux Cloud Desktop on SwarmNode in literal seconds.

My god. This is it. The year of the Linux desktop.

Hermes Agent now supported by https://t.co/wFoEJbJEqW!

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

You can run both @openclaw and Hermes in the same Cloud Desktop instance.

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

Hermes Agent by @NousResearch is now available on SwarmNode.

In 3 clicks you get a dedicated Cloud Desktop, fully isolated from your personal machine.

Hermes Agent takes the wheel inside it. Watch it work live, and take over anytime.

Check out @0xSammy's latest report on Crypto + AI.

[0xSammy @0xSammy]

Crypto AI tokens are bouncing back today (+2%) after a volatile week driven by Trump's Liberation Day tariffs and geopolitical tension

Notably @openservai up 2x in 24 hours following outperformance on its reasoning architecture & TAO bouncing 5%+ back above $300

Here's the latest crypto AI & robotics roundup to get you up to speed:

i) @openservai opens Phase 1 private beta for SERV Reasoning; their proprietary graph-based reasoning architecture that delivers GPT-5 level performance at ~74x lower cost

SERV Nano benchmarked at ~20x cheaper and ~3x faster than GPT-5.4. Already in production with a UAE government partner through Neol

ii) @higgsfield launches Seedance 2.0 on its platform with next-gen physics, joint audio-video generation, and best-in-class picture control; currently available everywhere except the US with 65% off for early access

iii) The @LinuxFoundation launches the x402 Foundation with @coinbase contributing the x402 protocol to neutral open-source governance. The internet's native payment layer for agentic commerce now has an institutional home

iv) @virtuals_io powers the first fully autonomous robot-to-robot commerce transaction onchain via ACP on @base with USDC; A Unitree humanoid 3D-printed a model, posted a delivery request through ACP, @realRiceAI's rover collected the package, and @FlybyRobotics' drone completed the handoff. Zero humans. Settlement via x402

Virtuals also launched its Console, AI Council, agent tokenization tooling, and a 60-day trial framework for founders

v) @Grayscale files Amendment No. 1 to its S-1 for the Grayscale Bittensor Trust ETF (ticker GTAO) on NYSE Arca, advancing the December 2025 filing. Coinbase and BitGo named as custodians. First AI-focused spot ETF in the U.S. is inching closer

vi) @SolanaFndn joins the x402 Foundation, now accounting for ~65% of all x402 transaction volume with 400ms finality and sub-cent fees. Solana is positioning itself as the core settlement layer for the agentic economy

vii) @MoonPay open-sources the Open Wallet Standard; a universal wallet layer for AI agents across eight chain families. Contributors include PayPal, Ripple, Solana Foundation, Ethereum Foundation, and Circle. RippleX joins the OWS Hackathon with XRPL and RLUSD challenge tracks

viii) @YumaGroup (DCG subsidiary) has staked nearly 19% of the TAO supply. xTAO reports a 7.2% validator yield. Institutional conviction in Bittensor continues to compound

ix) @nunet_global announces the NuNet Appliance Closed Beta Release is on the way; bringing their decentralized compute network closer to production

x) @GEODNET continues to scale its decentralized RTK network past 20,000+ stations across 150+ countries with $7M+ ARR. Token burns are offsetting 80% of new issuance. Performance staking on Solana is rolling out and the GEO-SWARM drone-in-a-box prototype (with HYFIX) is progressing toward its Kickstarter launch

xi) @NousResearch introduces the Manim skill for Hermes Agent; enabling AI agents to create precise programmatic animations for mathematical and technical explainers (the engine behind @3blue1brown). Nous continues to ship agentic tooling at pace

xii) @NaorisProtocol launches its post-quantum Layer 1 mainnet, the first blockchain built from genesis with NIST-approved cryptography. Comes the same week Google warned Bitcoin's encryption could be broken with fewer than 500K qubits

xiii) @OpenAI acquires @TBPN for a reported low hundreds of millions; its first media acquisition. The daily tech show will report to Chris Lehane's strategy org

Distribution is the new moat; when the leading AI lab buys a media company, that tells you where the value is shifting

xiv) @VitalikButerin publishes his self-sovereign, local, private, secure LLM setup for April 2026; a signal that the Ethereum co-founder sees local inference and privacy-preserving AI as the path forward

Expect privacy AI to be a big trend in the coming years

xv) @swarmnode announces Cloud Desktops for AI Agents; giving agents their own fully isolated computer with a real screen to see and control. Works with Openclaw, Claude, Nous, and more

@Pulse_exec @swarmnode @openclaw OpenClaw is just one among unlimited AI tools that can be set up and securely run on SwarmNode.

[SwarmNode.ai @swarmnode]

You can set up @openclaw while creating a Cloud Desktop.

However, if want more control over its config, you will soon find a detailed setup guide on your Desktop.

We will create more guides for agents like Hermes and others.
