@MichaelKors after yrs of wanting an MK bag. I get 1 & 1 of the 2 tote bag handles split after 1yr (the other perfect). Raised a complaint ur company tell me it isn’t defective & doesn’t fall under ur 2yr warranty! Shame on u! I wld get better quality from a budget shop bag!

@EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

@easyJet @demube We had the same flying from Gatwick to Krakow. The queue was 2hrs and the airport was so hot. On way back 45 mins get through Border Control. Ridiculous. We’re flying to Crete at end of July. Just praying and hoping they have it a bit more under control. Optimistic I know

@easyJet good afternoon. I have a holiday booked through loveholidays. On my atol certificate and all my information with them my surname is hyphenated, as it is on my passport. My booking details on my app do not have the surname hyphenated. Will this cause me any issues
