@Visa please fix you prepaid card service system. Got a card and it had been fraudulently used prior to purchase. Online system won’t help remedy and customer service line hangs up. Consumers beware- purchase other alternatives for gifts!

5/ Unlike most other medications, a doctor cannot prescribe Accutane and a pharmacist cannot give it to a patient without going through the iPLEDGE system. Even before this debacle, iPLEDGE was a burden that has not been shown to reduce the number of Accutane-exposed pregnancies.

Halt the ipledge system NOW. Patients cannot access ipledge due to the new website. As a result, they cannot obtain their medication. The website doesn’t work. Ipledge does not answer their phone. THIS is hurting patient care. Stop the nonsense. Patients need access!

We need an end to the iPledge system now. It has not reduced the rate of pregnancy in Accutane patients (it’s original mission). Doctors are capable of managing this medication without a third party
