@atxREpodcast The score says that Austin is .5 away from “fire sale”. Interesting. I’d consider 20008/09 firesale. I live in Steiner Ranch and saw this first hand with our neighbors homes. Claiming we are .5 away from a similar environment is irresponsible. This isn’t anywhere close.
