@tolubinutu While there is need for routine testing and recertification of LPG cylinders, the information you have shared is not exactly correct, especially for Nigeria.
Nigerian Industrial Standard (NIS) 69 governs LPG cylinders quality and management, so you will do well to check it out.

They were banned by the Federal Government which led to them being kicked out of the FIBA World Cup 2022 in Australia.
