@nyphospital my family member is at Brooklyn Methodist and it’s the absolute worst - waiting over 36 hours and still no access to Dr she needs, left with no food for hours, room boiling hot. Who is in charge there?!

@Iberia_en YOU cancelled the flight but won't give a refund unless we call you - with a phone number that does not work! This is very poor service. Please provide a real phone number and allow customers to get a refund for a cancelled flight as easily as a voucher
Just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who sent me a message or reply of support today. I’m gonna be in an out of here to process but I’ve seen them and they have honestly been one of the only sustaining things about this day.
