@saffron_back @SugarMAGA @JLS1113 They told us IT issues and shortage of crew.. But also a spillover from bad weather in Florida. We were cancelled at 3am, rebooked then cancelled again, after holding for over 6 hours- we have that flight booked. I missed my surgery and husband missing work. Not good.

@DiverseNovelist @SouthwestAir We held for over 2.5 hours THREE times before someone answered.. all the times before we were hung up on.. I know things happen but airlines have to start caring about our flight schedules too! It’s not just about them. The industry is ridiculous!
