We applied #metaclustering (thanks @easystats4u 🥳) to better understand the relationships between HRV indices and improve their reporting guidelines.

We used different clustering algorithms to 57 HRV indices derived from open-access #ECG databases.
Aggregating these methods suggested that HRV indices can be grouped into 3 clusters describing distribution, harmony, and frequency/complexity characteristics 2/3
