Shamsuddin Jabbar’s terrorist cell is still active in Louisiana. Jabbar was the New Years New Orleans attacker who drove a rented pickup truck into crowds on Bourbon Street, killing 14 and injuring dozens. Jabbar was killed by police in a shootout immediately after the attack and the FBI insisted he was a lone wolf since their official statement, from Deputy Assistant Director Christopher Raia during a January 2, 2025, press briefing saying "We do not assess at this point that anyone else is involved in this attack except Shamsud-Din Jabbar....

@sarahadams @Jcjacksonjr @DHSgov @CBP There’s now apparently private security at Children’s Hospital here in New Orleans. I actually had to ask a staff member if this man with a gun strapped to his leg and wearing a keffiyeh scarf was supposed to be there. Kind of unsettling.
