CRIME – COLORADO IS: (sources on next page)
#1 in car theft
#2 most dangerous state in the country
#4 in rape
#4 in property crime
#8 highest violent crime rate
#10 highest rate of human trafficking
Over 70% of child rapists get only probation. A bill initiated by GOP Rep. Brandy Bradley that would mandate jail time for child rapists was killed by Democrats (Weissman, Wallace, Benavides, Henriksen) three years in a row. Under current law, you can rape up to 3 children and still get probation, making Colorado the most pedophile friendly state in the country.

TAXPAYERS – COLORADO IS:
-The state has a 1.5 billion dollar deficit due to Democrat overspending. Medicaid is the state’s #1 budget item (16Billion); as a sanctuary state, we are paying millions for Medicaid for illegal immigrants, while the state is taking away benefits from citizens.
-You are paying for transgender procedures and abortions for minors (legal up till the day of birth) (HB25-1309), (SB25-183)
-Democrats are trying to eliminate TABOR (SB26-135)
-AG Phil Weiser has filed 62 taxpayer funded lawsuits against the Trump Administration, the latest in the works would preserve mass mail-in voting (making elections less secure).

EDUCATION – IN COLORADO:
-60% of 3rd graders can’t read at grade level
-In 2026 there are 10,000 fewer students enrolled in Colorado public schools, due to an exodus of families because the state is unaffordable, along with a rise in private schools, online and home schooling due to indoctrination, rather than education.
-While there’s an executive order prohibiting boys in girls’ sports, Democrats killed a recent bill to enforce it (there are 61biological boys playing in girls’ sports in Jefferson County alone).

PARENTAL RIGHTS – IN COLORADO
-From age 12, your children get medical and mental healthcare privacy (no parent knowledge or consent), so that you don’t get to see their records unless they give you permission. (HB19-1120)
-Parents have no rights re: children’s gender dysphoria, and a child can be taken from parents (due to “coercive control”) if their gender confusion is not confirmed. (HB25-1312)
-Democrats continue to attack parental rights in the state.

SEXUALITY
-Abortion is legal, up till the day of birth.
-A group of Democrat Representatives recently initiated a bill that would decriminalize prostitution and make it impossible for a jurisdiction to opt out.
FREEDOM
-Colorado fell from 2nd freest state in 2014 to 19th by 2022 (https://t.co/jte4QDwxtz)
-The Supreme Court just overturned one of our most heinous laws: that therapists can only affirm a child’s sexual confusion and not talk about options (it violated the First Amendment).
-The Supreme Court has ruled against Colorado’s treatment of Christians four times (so far) on the grounds of free speech.
-In order for lawyers in Colorado to log into its court e-filing system, they must promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. (SB25-276)
-Changed Colorado Antidiscrimination Act (CADA) to add penalties for “misgendering.” Businesses, face $5000 statutory fine + $50,000 non-economic damages (HB25-1239)

Colorado’s state budget is 41% federal funding.

CO residents are asking President Trump to cut CO Fed funding for 4 key reasons.

1. Sanctuary state/ city non-compliance with Fed immigration law. Harboring illegal aliens & failure to prosecute crime.

2. Continuing to support DEI initiatives in cities, schools, government, universities.

3. Unconstitutional 2A legislation gun & ammo bans.

4. Election interference including new proposed legislation that criminalizes citizen election oversight and lack of accountability for SecState Jena Griswold & Deputy Chris Beall’s election security violations.

CO politicians aren’t listening to the people. Maybe a 41% budget cut will get their attention.
