Never expected @bookingcom to be such a poor experience! I’ve been trying to get a response for an offer I booked 9 days ago.I finally got none so after a 10 min wait on an international toll free, I spoke to ‘Neil’ who told me sorry the offer isn’t there anymore. Tbc
Then Neil from @bookingcom tells me he’ll call me when he gets this email but I said if you’ve not got this email in 6 mins the email might be wrong. He then just proceeds to hang up on my face! I spent 6800AED on this offer so I could get an airport taxi. Tbc
@duCares - sadly unlike your Twitter handle, DU really DOESNT care! It’s been 3 months, I’m trying to cancel the SCAM of an offer of 5G that MIND YOU doesn’t work AT ALL. But after 4 complaints, 3 technical checks, 2 visits to a physical store - they still can’t bloody cancel it!
MIND you- it’s 14 days free cancellation. Here I am, 3 months in, a bill that’s crossed 1k at this stage and countless calls and complaints and personal visits and they still won’t rid me off their SCAM products! @duCares you really need a new handle cause you really DONT CARE
