The Western Express Highway is jammed on the north bound way.
It’s 11 pm.

And it’s not an exception. This is the scenario every day.

What’s worse? There are no visible signs/ presence of the government wanting to manage it actively on ground.

That, apart from the terrible road quality of the highway. Flyovers repaired as recently as last year, are terrible to drive on.
