Heartiest congratulations to Shri @sajjanjindal Garu and the entire @jswsteel team on the restart of the steel plant project in Kadapa. This is a significant milestone for the industrial development of Rayalaseema and a moment of hope for the youth and families aspiring for employment and economic growth.

It is important to remember that such landmark projects are built on years of committed groundwork. During our government, we finalized JSW as the project developer and laid the critical foundations necessary for the project to take shape. Environmental clearances were facilitated, water allocation was secured, land was allocated, road connectivity and the required land for supporting infrastructure were provided, and all key approvals were pursued to enable the project to move forward. With these foundations in place, work on the project progressed at a brisk pace during our tenure.

Unfortunately, over the past two years, the project came to a grinding halt, resulting in further delays to this long-awaited investment. It is therefore encouraging to see work finally restarting. The people of Kadapa have waited long enough, and they deserve to see this important project completed without any further delay. As my home district, Kadapa holds a special place in my heart, and I have always believed its youth deserve greater opportunities through industrial growth and sustainable employment.

Development is a continuous process that transcends political boundaries. Every government has a responsibility to build on the work already done and take projects to completion in the larger interest of the people.

I sincerely wish JSW every success in expediting the project and ensuring that the people of Kadapa and the entire Rayalaseema region reap the benefits through employment, industrial growth, and inclusive development.

Has Andhra Pradesh reached a point where people fear the police most?

Be it custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna, whose body was allegedly cremated secretly by the police or the suicide of Kranti Kumar after accusing police harassment in a selfie video, and a series of similar incidents across Andhra Pradesh are not isolated tragedies. They are the outcome of a dangerous culture fostered under the TDP coalition government's Red Book governance. Today, people are increasingly asking whether the police are functioning under the Indian Constitution or under @ncbn 's Red Book. Fear, not justice, is becoming the defining feature of policing in the state.

From the day the Red Book was unveiled, YSRCP warned that encouraging political vendetta through police harassment would allow the police to take the law into their own hands would corrupt institutions and embolden sections of the police force to operate beyond established laws, rules and constitutional safeguards . That warning has become a painful reality. Political opponents were targeted first. Social media activists followed. Journalists, intellectuals and dissenting voices came next. What began as political persecution has now evolved into a dangerous habit of unchecked policing, where ordinary people too are becoming victims of intimidation, harassment and abuse of authority.

The Sai Krishna case has shaken the conscience of Andhra Pradesh. A grieving mother is still pleading for answers and asking authorities to hand over even her son's ashes if his body cannot be produced. Has such a horrifying situation ever occurred in the state's history?
Kranthi Kumar’s case is equally disturbing. Before taking the extreme step of suicide, he publicly accused the police, naming officer’s sustained harassment. In Tuni, Tirupathamma recorded a selfie video alleging police harassment before ending her life. Kalavathi from Srikakulam district committed suicide due to police harassment. In Kurnool district, Dalit woman Gangamma allegedly died due to police torture during interrogation and was secretly buried with her family seeking a judicial probe into the circumstances surrounding her death. When such incidents occur repeatedly, they cease to be coincidences and begin to reflect a deep troubling pattern.

At the same time, police excesses have become routine. Opposition activists are publicly humiliated and paraded on roads for petty allegations involving the cutting of a hen or a goat. In the name of moral policing, officers are increasingly behaving as judge, jury and executioner. Yet when YSRCP leaders and workers approach police stations with complaints, cases are being ignored or brushed aside. This blatant double standard has severely damaged public confidence in the Police department.

The State DGP, Home Minister, and the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu cannot escape responsibility for this collapse of accountability. Andhra Pradesh deserves governance under Dr BR Ambedkar's Constitution, not Red Book rule. Police are meant to protect rights, uphold the law and serve justice, not function as instruments of political revenge.

The @ncbn government continues to suppress the voices of the people and the opposition. After the takedown of our official Instagram handle earlier this year, the official YSRCP Facebook page has now been made inaccessible in India.

This is not just an attack on YSRCP; it is an attack on democratic values and freedom of expression. We only reveal facts, expose the government’s failures and corrupt practices, and bring to light issues that affect the people. Silencing an opposition party’s official handles, there by opposition voices for speaking the truth sets a dangerous precedent and is most undemocratic.

From cases being filed against those questioning the government on expenditure profligacy associated with Amaravati capital development, irregularities in the DSC process, TTD ghee tenders, and other matters of public importance bringing to light appropriate evidence of rampant corruption, to the restriction of critical content online, a disturbing pattern is emerging.

We will challenge these unfair actions through every legal and constitutional avenue. No intimidation, censorship, or misuse of institutions can silence the voice of the people. We remain committed to holding those in power accountable and defending the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression.

We demand the immediate restoration of the official page in the interest of democracy and to uphold the constitutional spirit.

The so-called 'Mega' DSC was a carefully engineered policy sketch for a 'Mega' scam, a dark operation by CM Chandrababu and his son Nara Lokesh as Minister-in-charge, grievously damaging the lives of meritorious aspirants. Lakhs of aspirants are in anguish today, shedding tears because of the manipulation and deception by the @ncbn Government. Andhra Pradesh never witnessed such a disastrous recruitment process before. For the recruitment process for 16,000 DSC posts, every safeguard that protected transparency was dismantled, every institutional check was weakened, through a carefully laid out a scheme of fraud for purposes of converting the DSC recruitment into a money-spinning scam. Never before in the history of Andhra Pradesh has a recruitment process been marred by irregularities at such scale.

DSC represents hopes and aspirations of lakhs of unemployed youth. Malpractices and corruption in the DSC recruitment process executed by the department, whose Minister-in-charge is Nara Lokesh, are extremely condemnable and the situation warrants a CBI inquiry.

The corruption ridden DSC recruitment process is a multi layered scam and the following are the key aspects of it.

1. Chandrababu's government dismantled long-standing institutional safeguards. The entire conspiracy began with preparation of question papers (handled by SCERT) and the conduct of the examination (handled by the DSC Convenor). These responsibilities were traditionally separated to preserve confidentiality. This process was completely compromised when the separation of responsibilities was done away with. Chandrababu government sidelined the DSC Convenor and entrusted both crucial responsibilities to the Director of SCERT, thereby undermining the transparency of DSC examination and deliberately paving the way for irregularities. This arrangement created a convenient mechanism as the first step for the Mega Scam.

2. Making matters worse, the highly confidential tasks of question paper preparation and its upload were entrusted to outsourcing employees, creating a system vulnerable to abuse while conveniently providing potential scapegoats if design were to get exposed. The case of an outsourcing employee securing top rank in DSC in the very examination process he was associated with is a classic example of the consequences of the irregularity. This is direct proof of the paper leak scam.

The sequence of events that follow generate further suspicion about the fragility of the system enabling paper leak and other irregularities. Why was that individual not provided the job despite him securing first rank? Why were the individual's ID and data removed from the merit list subsequently? Why wasn't he invited for the certificate verification? Are these not the reasons cited by that individual when he approached the Court? An outsourcing employee working in SCERT and intimately involved in question paper preparation, securing 1st rank, speaks volumes about the paper leak. For purposes of ascertaining the depth of the paper leak issue an inquiry by CBI is necessary. 3. The total lack of transparency with respect to declaration of results is also absolutely worrisome, with merit lists and merit-cum-roster lists not being placed on the notice boards of collectors' offices, as was the prevailing practice. Instead, the process was centralized with only online display and messaging. This resulted in candidates facing significant hardship owing uncertainty, with them running from pillar to post with nobody to redresses their grievances, not at the district collector level and not at head office level.The cruelest aspect of the entire DSC examination is that, several candidates who received call letters on 1:1 basis and whose certificates were successfully verified, did not find their name in final selection list. Strict adherence to Rule 20 of Scheme of Selection Rules 2025 necessitated preparation of merit-cum-roster list after taking into consideration, marks, ranks, cutoff and all forms of reservations in place, be it vertical or horizontal, be it under meritorious sportspersons quota, be it under persons with benchmark disabilities quota, and so forth. Under the rule position, successful verification of certificates after this step must only result in the candidate's name being placed in final selection list, however, such has not been the fate of several call letter recipients. 4. The most revealing aspect of the entire scandal is the manner in which the sports quota was dealt with. The shameless manner in which, the policies were altered to enable recklessness in the recruitment process is indeed very distressing. Injustice was done not only to meritorious candidates but also to genuine sportspersons who have worked hard for their achievements. Doing away with the existing policy mandating qualification in examination as provided in G.O. No. 74 dated 9th August, 2012, through a new sports policy introduced vide G.O. no. 8 dated 10th December, 2024 and bringing it into implementation through G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, Chandrababu and his son had already prepared what can only be described as a "policy blueprint for a scam." For the first time in history, sports quota candidates were exempted from appearing for the DSC examination, creating a backdoor entry through which they were brought into the system. Once the recruitment process was complete, the policy was reverted to what it was earlier, through G.O. No. 23, G.O. No. 25 and G.O. No. 56, thereby superseding G.O. No. 4 and G.O. No. 47, citing difficulties that have arisen and several representations and grievances received from sportspersons. So, once the purpose was served and the recruitment was completed without sportspersons having to appear in the written examination, the backdoor that enabled the system being compromised was shut and the Government also cold-heartedly admitted that the policy change caused difficulties and resulted in several grievances. No. 23, 25 & 56 conveying policy reversal again after the recruitment is complete)To utter disgust of the entire State, a video of a negotiation for a teacher post between an aspirant and another person has come to light and thereafter, callously, the authorities merely registered a token case, granted station bail without even arresting the accused. No meaningful investigation was conducted. (Supporting evidence - video clip and extract from the FIR, wherein even after knowing the telephone number, the police avoid mentioning the name of the individual and merely refer to him as the suspect.)

In the most insensitive and wholly unscrupulous manner, the TDP Government has made a mockery of the aspirations of lakhs of candidates.

The scandal is deeply rooted and dangerously conceived by the people at the helm of the present State Government including the Chief Minister Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and the Education Minister, Nara Lokesh. The investigating agencies in the State report to the perpetrators and therefore, to unearth facts the need for an enquiry by an independent agency such as CBI is warranted.

1.రెండేళ్ల క్రితం @ncbn గారు ప్రజల ముందుకు వచ్చి ఎన్నో హామీలు ఇచ్చారు. సూపర్‌ సిక్స్‌ అన్నారు.. సూపర్‌ సెవెన్‌ అన్నారు.. మొత్తం 143 హామీలు త‌న మేనిఫెస్టోలోను బాండ్ల రూపేనా, ప్ర‌తి ఇంటికీ వెళ్లి ఈ బాండ్లు రాసి మ‌రి ఇచ్చారు! కానీ ఈరోజు రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు ఒకటే ప్రశ్న అడుగుతున్నారు... ఆ హామీలు ఏమయ్యాయి చంద్రబాబుగారూ? అని.

2.రైతులను మోసం చేశారు, మహిళలను మోసం చేశారు, యువతను మోసం చేశారు, విద్యార్థిని మోసం చేశారు. చివరకు ప్రతి కుటుంబాన్ని మోసం చేశారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో చెప్పిన మాటలకు, అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత చేసిన పనులకు ఏమాత్రం పొంతనే లేదు. ప్రతి క్షణం మోసం, దగాయే, స్కాంల మ‌య‌మే!

3.ఈ రెండేళ్లలో రాష్ట్రం చూసింది అభివృద్ధి కాదు... పచ్చి అబద్ధాల ప్రచారం! సంక్షేమం కాదు... రాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌జ‌లు చూసింది మోసం! ప్రజాపాలన కాదు... రాజకీయ కక్షసాధింపులు, వివక్ష, అరాచకాలు, రెడ్‌బుక్‌ రాజ్యాంగంతో భయానక పాలన!

4.వ్యవస్థలన్నీ కుప్పకూలిపోయాయి. మహిళలకు, చిన్నారులకు రక్షణ అనేదే లేదు. పోలీసు సహా అన్ని వ్యవస్థలనూ భ్రష్టు పట్టించారు. శాంతిభద్రతలను దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. జంగిల్‌రాజ్‌లా రాష్ట్రాన్ని నడుపుతున్నారు. సొంత ప్రజలపై కక్షగట్టిన నాయకుడ్ని ఏమంటాం?

5. అమరావతి నిర్మాణం పేరుతో అంతులేని అవినీతి. ఇసుక,మట్టి, లిక్కర్‌, క్వార్ట్జ్, లేటరైట్‌ అన్నీ మాఫియాలు నడుపుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని దోచుకుంటున్నారు.

6.మరోవైపు ప్రజలపై భారం మాత్రం రోజు రోజుకూ పెరుగుతోంది. కరెంటు ఛార్జీలు పెరిగాయి, పెట్రోల్‌, డీజిల్ వ్యాట్‌లు పెరిగాయి, బస్సు ఛార్జీలు పెరిగాయి, నిత్యావసర వస్తువుల ధరలు పెరిగాయి, పన్నులు పెరిగాయి! కానీ ప్రజల ఆదాయం పెరగలేదు! ప్రతి కుటుంబం ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులతో సతమతమవుతోంది! దీనివల్ల ప్రజల జీవన ప్రమాణాలు పడిపోతున్నాయి. పేదరికం బుసలు కొడుతోంది.

7.విద్యా రంగం దెబ్బతింది! వైద్య రంగం దెబ్బతింది! వ్యవసాయం సంక్షోభంలో ఉంది! ఏ పంటకూ గిట్టుబాటు ధరలేదు! నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తామని చెప్పి ఆశలు చూపించారు. కానీ డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహణలో అక్రమాలు, అవకతవకలు, స్కామ్‌ల‌తో యువత భవిష్యత్తును దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. ఉద్యోగాలు ఇవ్వలేకపోయారు, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించలేకపోయారు, సూప‌ర్-6, సూప‌ర్-7లో చెప్పిన హామీలు మోసాలుగా మార్చారు! ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలకు మాత్రం వందల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నారు.

8.ఈరోజు రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ వర్గాన్ని అడిగినా అసంతృప్తే కనిపిస్తోంది. ఏ కుటుంబాన్ని కలిసినా మోసపోయామనే బాధ వినిపిస్తోంది. ప్రతి ఇంట్లో చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వ మోసాలు, వైఫల్యాల గురించే చర్చ జరుగుతోంది. అందుకే ఈరోజు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన నిరసన ర్యాలీలు ప్రజల ఆవేదనకు, ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పట్ల వ్యతిరేకతకు అద్దంపట్టాయి. ప్రజల ఆగ్రహానికి ప్రతీకగా నిలిచాయి. ఈ పోరాటంలో ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు తోడుగా పాల్గొన్న ప్రతి నాయకుడికి, ప్రతి కార్యకర్తకు, యువతకు, ప్రజలకు నా హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు.

9.చంద్రబాబుగారికి ఒక్కటే చెప్పాలనుకుంటున్నాను. అబద్ధాలతో కొంతకాలం ప్రజలను మోసం చేయవచ్చు. కానీ ఎప్పటికీ మోసం చేయలేరు. ప్రజలు అన్నీ గమనిస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి హామీని గుర్తుంచుకున్నారు. ప్రతి మోసాన్ని లెక్కపెడుతున్నారు.

10.ఈ “నారాసుర పాలన’’కు వ్యతిరేకింగా ప్రజల తరఫున మా పోరాటం ఆగదు. మోసాలను నిలదీస్తాం. స్కామ్‌ల‌ను, మీ అన్యాయాలను ప్రశ్నిస్తాం! ప్రజల గొంతుకగా నిలబడతాం. అన్నివర్గాల అండతో, ప్రజాబలంతో, దేవుడి ద‌య‌తో ఈ దుర్మార్గపు ప్రభుత్వం గద్దెదిగక తప్పదు.

2.మా హయాంలో ఇచ్చిన డీఎస్సీని రద్దుచేసి, ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగా ఆలస్యంచేసి, కొత్తగా మళ్లీ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇచ్చి, దాన్ని పబ్లిసిటీకి వాడుకుని, తీరా పరీక్షల్లో మీరు చేసిన నిర్వాకాలు, స్కాంలతో ఉద్యోగార్థులకు ద్రోహం చేయలేదా?
3.మీ సుపుత్రుడి శాఖలో లీకులతో సాగిన ‘‘డార్క్‌ ఆపరేషన్‌’’ను ఎందుకు దాచిపెడుతున్నారు?
4.పరీక్ష నిర్వహణలో చురుగ్గా పాల్గొన్న SCERT అవుట్‌ సోర్సింగ్‌ ఉద్యోగికి మొదటి ర్యాంకు ఎలా వచ్చింది?

7.రూ.15 లక్షలకు “స్పోర్ట్స్ కోటా’’ పోస్టుల బేర‌సారాలా? మీ పార్టీకి చెందిన నాయకుడే ఈ డీల్స్‌ కుదిర్చిన మాట వాస్తవం కాదా? ఎప్పుడూ క్రీడా మైదానంలో అడుగు పెట్టని వాళ్లకి కూడా ఫేక్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లు ఇచ్చిన మాట వాస్తవం కాదా? ఇంటికే పిలిచి డీల్స్‌ చేస్తారా? రిక్రూట్‌మెంటా? లేక వేలం పాటా? ప్రతిభ ఉన్న ఉద్యోగార్థుల మాటేమిటి.

9.మెగా డీఎస్సీ.. మెగా లీక్.. మెగా అవినీతి… దీనికి బాధ్యత వహిస్తూ లోకేష్‌ను పదవినుంచి తప్పించి, వెంటనే సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తును కోరండి. ప్రతిభ చూపిన అభ్యర్థులకు న్యాయం చేయండి. మీలో ఏమాత్రం చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉన్నా..!

.@ncbn గారూ.. మీ పరిపాలనలో దోపిడీకి ఏ రంగం మినహాయింపు కాదు. చివరకు ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ ధరల విషయంలో కంపెనీలతో కుమ్మక్కై ఆక్వా రైతులను కూడా దోచుకుతింటున్నారు. మా ప్రభుత్వంలో ఆక్వా రైతులకు తోడుగా ఉండేందుకు తీసుకున్న చర్యలన్నింటీనీ నీరుగార్చి ఆ రైతులను దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా ఉండే APSADAకు తెలియకుండా, దాని అంగీకారం లేకుండా కంపెనీలు రేట్లు పెంచాయని, మీరు చేస్తున్న ప్రకటనలు ఎవరి చెవిలో పువ్వులుపెట్టడానికి? ఒక ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, చట్టాన్ని ధిక్కరించే ధైర్యం ఆ కంపెనీలకు ఎలా వచ్చింది? వాళ్లు మీవాళ్లు కాబట్టే కదా? ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ కంపెనీలు మీ పార్టీ సానుభూతి పరులవేనన్నవి అక్షర సత్యం కాదా? కమీషన్ల కోసం వారితో మీరు లాలూచీపడ్డారన్నది నిజం కాదా? అందుకే వారు రేట్లు పెంచుతున్నా మీరు సైలెంటుగా ఉన్నారు.

చంద్రబాబుగారు మీరు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని వర్గాలతోపాటు ఆక్వా రైతులుకూడా చితికిపోయారు. సిండికేట్‌ అవుతున్న కంపెనీల నుంచి, దళారుల నుంచి రైతులను రక్షించడానికి మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో చట్టాన్ని తీసుకు వచ్చి, ఏకంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా APSADA అనే రెగ్యులేటరీ సంస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే మీరు వచ్చాక ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగానే దాన్ని నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు. సీడ్‌, ఫీడ్‌ క్వాలిటీ ప్రమాణాలు సహా, వాటి రేట్ల నియంత్రణ దగ్గరనుంచి ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తులకు ధరలను నిర్ణయించే బాధ్యతను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోవడమే కాకుండా, యూనిట్‌ కరెంటును కేవలం రూ.1.5౦కే వారికి అందిస్తూ అన్నిరకాలుగా మా ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటే, మీరు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వాటన్నింటినీ నిర్వీర్యం చేసి ఆ రైతులను రోడ్డున పడేశారు. మొదటి ఏడాది ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తుల రేట్లు పడిపోయి రైతులు నష్టపోతున్నా మీనమేషాలు లెక్కించారే తప్ప, వారిని ఆదుకోవాలన్న బాధ్యతను విస్మరించారు. ఇప్పుడు ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంచి చేస్తున్న దోపిడీకి వత్తాసు పలుకుతున్నారు. ఇది రైతులకు మీరు చేస్తున్న అన్యాయం కాదా?

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.., ఆక్వా ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంపును తాత్కాలికంగా నిలిపివేశామంటూ మీరు మొసలికన్నీళ్లు కార్చడం కాదు, పెంచిన ఆ ధరలను పూర్తిగా ఉపసంహరింపచేయాలి. లేకపోతే రైతులతో కలిపి ఆందోళనలు చేస్తామని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాం.

Chandrababu Naidu Garu, under your governance, no sector has been spared from exploitation. In the case of aqua feed prices too, you have colluded with the aqua feed companies and are enabling the looting of aqua farmers.

Every measure our government had taken to support aqua farmers has been systematically weakened, causing severe damage to the farming community.
How can companies increase aqua feed prices without the knowledge or approval of APSADA, the regulatory authority headed by the Chief Minister himself? In this context, is your narrative not misleading? How did these companies gain the audacity to defy both the government and the law? Is it not because they are closely associated with you and your party? Is it not an undeniable truth that these aqua feed companies are sympathizers and supporters of your party? Is it not true that you compromised with them for commissions? That is precisely why you have remained silent despite the continuous hike in feed prices.

Chandrababu Garu, ever since you came to power, aqua farmers, along with all sections of society in the State, have been pushed into distress. During the period of our Government, we enacted laws to protect farmers from syndicates, middlemen, and exploitative companies, and established APSADA as a regulatory body under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. However, after you came to power, you deliberately weakened and rendered the institution ineffective.

Our government not only took responsibility for regulating seed and feed quality standards and controlling their prices, but also for determining prices for aqua products. We supplied electricity to aqua farmers at just Rs. 1.50 per unit and extended support in every possible way. But after you assumed office, all those systems were dismantled, pushing aqua farmers into severe distress. During the first year itself, when aqua product prices crashed and farmers suffered huge losses, you remained a silent spectator instead of taking responsibility to support them. Now, you are openly backing the exploitation being carried out through the hike in feed prices. Is this not grave injustice to farmers?

Chandrababu Garu, merely building a narrative that the feed price hike is temporary, would not serve any purpose. The increased prices must be completely rolled back. Otherwise, we warn that we will launch protests along with the farmers.

AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu has been using the police department as his political agents to curb dissent, suppress opposition voices, and systematically curtail Freedom of Speech in Andhra Pradesh.

Article 19 of the Indian Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech, one of the most sacred and non-negotiable pillars of democracy. But today, in Andhra Pradesh, that constitutional guarantee is being subjected to a dangerous, systematic, and deeply disturbing assault under the TDP coalition government led by Chief Minister @ncbn. The Andhra Pradesh Police machinery is increasingly being weaponized as a political tool to intimidate critics, silence opposition voices, and create an atmosphere of fear among citizens who question the government.

A systematic campaign of political vendetta, authoritarian intimidation, and institutional misuse of power is being unleashed against social media activists, YSRCP supporters, journalists, and ordinary citizens who dare to expose the failures, hypocrisy, corruption, and anti-people governance of the TDP coalition.

The modus operandi has now become frighteningly clear and predictable. TDP leaders and their affiliated supporters continuously file politically motivated complaints against social media posts, videos, comments, and opinions that question the TDP government or criticize its leaders. Acting almost immediately on these complaints, the police department rushes to register cases, invoke exaggerated and questionable legal provisions, file false and fabricated FIRs, and begin coercive harassment against dissenting voices.

The misuse of power does not stop there. The police department itself is allegedly sending notices to social media platform X and other social media platforms, demanding the removal of content critical of TDP leaders and seeking the blocking or suspension of accounts that expose government failures or question those in power. This coordinated censorship campaign clearly demonstrates how the Naidu government is using the police department as its political enforcement machinery to control public discourse, crush dissent, and suppress democratic expression.

Such coercive steps exposes the insecure, intolerant, vindictive, and deeply authoritarian mindset of a government that appears terrified of criticism, accountability, transparency, and public scrutiny.

Ironically, while the TDP propaganda ecosystem continuously spreads toxic misinformation, character assassination campaigns, abusive trolling, hate-driven narratives, and malicious attacks against YSRCP leaders and political opponents on a daily basis, complaints filed against them are conveniently ignored. No action, no FIRs, no accountability. This shocking double standard and blatant misuse of state machinery represents a grave attack on democratic values, constitutional freedoms, civil liberties, and the very spirit of democracy itself.

Democracy cannot survive in an atmosphere where fear replaces freedom, intimidation replaces accountability, police institutions become political weapons, and criticism is criminalized. We strongly condemn these draconian, repressive, politically motivated, and anti-democratic actions and demand that the Andhra Pradesh government immediately stop abusing police power, targeting opposition voices, manipulating social media regulation, and throttling democratic dissent.

రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్‌ వ్యవస్థ పూర్తిగా గాడి తప్పింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎన్‌.చంద్రబాబునాయుడు మొత్తం పోలీస్‌ యంత్రాంగాన్ని తన రాజకీయ అవసరాల కోసం వినియోగించుకుంటున్నారు. అసమ్మతిని అణిచి వేయడానికి, ప్రశ్నించే గొంతులు నొక్కడానికి పోలీసులను రాజకీయ ఏజెంట్లుగా వాడుకుంటూ, భావ వ్యక్తీకరణ స్వేచ్ఛను క్రమంగా హరించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు.

ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థలోని మూల స్తంభాల్లో ఒకటి వాక్‌ స్వాతంత్య్రం. దాన్ని మన రాజ్యాంగంలో ఆర్టిక‌ల్‌–19 లో పొందుపర్చారు. అయితే ప్రస్తుతం ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నేతృత్వంలోని టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాల వల్ల, ప్రజలకు రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కులకు భంగం వాటిల్లే పరిస్థితి వచ్చింది. ఇంకా చెప్పాలంటే భారత రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తి ప్రమాదంలో పడుతోంది. ఆ స్థాయిలో విమర్శకులను భయపెట్టడానికి, ప్రతిపక్షాల గొంతు నొక్కడానికి, ప్రభుత్వ తప్పిదాలు ఎత్తి చూపించే వారిని బెదిరించడానికి మొత్తం పోలీసు యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఒక రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా వాడుతున్నారు.

టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, మోసం, అవినీతి, దగా ఇంకా ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక పాలనను ఎత్తి చూపే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్న సోషల్‌ మీడియా కార్యకర్తలు, వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ మద్దతుదారులు, పాత్రికేయులతో పాటు, సాధారణ పౌరులపైనా రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపు, నిరంకుశ వైఖరి, బెదిరింపులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. తీవ్ర అధికార దుర్వినియోగంతో చాలా దారుణంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.

ఆ బరితెగింపు ఇప్పుడు మరింత ఎక్కువై పరిధి దాటుతోంది. తమ ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, తప్పిదాలు ఎత్తి చూపుతూ, అందుకు బాధ్యులైన తమ పార్టీ నాయకులపై సోషల్‌ మీడియలో పోస్టులు పెట్టినా, అలాంటి వాటిని ఫార్వర్డ్‌ చేసినా ఏ మాత్రం సహించలేకపోతున్నారు. వెంటనే తమ పార్టీ నాయకులు, మద్దతుదారులతో ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా ఫిర్యాదు చేయిస్తున్నారు. ఆ ఫిర్యాదులు రావడమే ఆలస్యం అన్నట్లుగా పోలీసులు శరవేగంగా స్పందిస్తున్నారు. చట్ట విరుద్ధంగా, కోర్టులు అనేక సందర్భాల్లో తప్పు పట్టినా కూడా ఏ మాత్రం పట్టించుకోకుండా, పూర్తి ఏకపక్షంగా, కక్ష సాధింపుతో పలు సెక్షన్లతో కేసులు నమోదు చేస్తున్నారు. అలా తప్పుడు కేసులు పెడుతూ, తప్పుడు ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌లు నమోదు చేస్తున్నారు.

టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ అధికార దుర్వినియోగం అంతటితో ఆగిపోవడం లేదు. తమ పార్టీ నాయకులను ప్రశ్నిస్తూ, వారి తప్పులు ఎత్తిచూపుతూ సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో పోస్టు చేసిన అంశాలను (కంటెంట్‌) తొలగించాలని, వారి ఖాతాలను బ్లాక్‌ చేయడం లేదా సస్పెండ్‌ చేయాలని ఆదేశిస్తున్నారు. ఆ మేరకు పోలీసు శాఖ స్వయంగా సామాజిక మాధ్య‌మ‌ వేదిక (సోషల్‌ మీడియా ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్స్‌)లకు నోటీసులు పంపిస్తోంది.

ఆ విధంగా ఒక వ్యవస్థీకృతంగా సోషల్‌ మీడియాపై సెన్సార్‌షిప్‌ విధిస్తూ, ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, అవినీతిపై ప్రజల్లో చర్చ జరగకుండా చూడడం, ఎక్కడా అసమ్మతి గళం వినిపించకుండా ప్రయత్నించడం, ఆ విధంగా భావ వ్యక్తీకరణ స్వేచ్ఛను హరించే దిశలో టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం పోలీస్‌ యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఏ స్థాయిలో వాడుకుంటుందో అని చెప్పడానికి ఇవన్నీ స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి.

బాధ్యత, జవాబుదారీతనం లేకపోవడం, విమర్శలు సహించకపోవడం, పారదర్శకత లోపించడం వల్ల ఏర్పడిన అభద్రతా భావం వల్ల పెల్లుబికుతున్న అసహనం. దాని వల్ల కక్షపూరిత, నిరంకుశ విధానాలు. ఆ దిశలో ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలు తేటతెల్లం అవుతున్నాయి.

అదే అధికార టీడీపీ తమ సామాజిక మాధ్య‌మ వేదికల ద్వారా ప్రతిరోజూ వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ నేతలు, నాయకులు, అభిమానులు, కార్యకర్తలపై విషం చిమ్ముతూ, విష ప్రచారం చేస్తూ దూషణలతో కూడిన దారుణ పోస్టులు పెడుతోంది. ఆ విధంగా నిత్యం వ్యక్తిత్వ హననం చేసే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తోంది. వాటిపై విపక్ష వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ఎన్ని ఫిర్యాదులు చేసినా, పోలీసులు ఏ మాత్రం పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. సాక్ష్యాధారాలు చూపినా కనీసం కేసు నమోదు చేయడం లేదు. ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌ల ఊసే లేదు. ఆ విధంగా రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్‌ వ్యవస్థ బాధ్యత మర్చిపోయి ద్వంద్వ ప్రమాణాలతో హేయంగా వ్యవహరిస్తోంది. ఇది కచ్చితంగా ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలు, రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కులకు భంగం కలిగించడమే కాకుండా, ప్రజాస్వామ్య స్ఫూర్తిపైనే దాడిగా భావించాల్సి వస్తోంది.

స్వేచ్ఛ స్థానంలో భయం, జవాబుదారీతనం స్థానంలో బెదిరింపులు, పోలీసు యంత్రాంగం, వ్యవస్థ రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా మారడం, ఒక విమర్శను నేరంగా పరిగణించే పరిస్థితి ఉన్న రాష్ట్రంలో అసలు ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ ఉనికిపైనే సందేహాలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. ఇలాంటి వాతావరణంలో ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ మనుగడ కష్టం.

అందుకే హేయమైన చర్యలు, అణిచివేత ధోరణి, రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపులు.. వెరసి ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యతిరేక చర్యలను మేము తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాము. అధికార దుర్వినియోగానికి పాల్పడడం, పోలీస్‌లను రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా వాడుకుంటూ, ఆ వ్యవస్థ పూర్తిగా గాడి తప్పేలా వ్యవహరించడం, ప్రతిపక్ష గొంతు నొక్కడమే లక్ష్యంగా పని చేయడం, సోషల్‌ మీడియాపై నియంత్రణ.. మొత్తంగా అసమ్మతిని అణచి వేయడం వంటి చర్యలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే ఆపాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తున్నాం.

తాజాగా ఆ జాబితాలో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ చేరింది. కృత్రిమ కొరత సృష్టించి, దాని ద్వారా దోచుకునే పర్వానికి కూటమి నాయకులు సిద్ధమయ్యారు.
నిజానికి పొరుగున ఉన్న తమిళనాడు, కర్నాటక, తెలంగాణలో ఎక్కడా పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొరత లేదు. సరఫరాలో సంక్షోభం లేదు.

కానీ, ఇక్కడ డీలర్లు, కూటమి నాయకులు కుమ్మక్కవడంతో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొరత ఏర్పడింది. అయిదు రాష్ట్రాల ఎన్నికలు పూర్తి కాగానే, ధరలు పెంచుతారని భావిస్తున్న డీలర్లు పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ బ్లాక్‌ చేస్తున్నారు. వారితో కూటమి నాయకులు జత కట్టారు. అంతా కలిసి దోపిడీకి సిద్ధమయ్యారు.
అయినా నిజం ఒప్పుకోకుండా, సరఫరా మరింత తగ్గుతుందన్న భయంతో వాహనదారులు పెద్ద ఎత్తున పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ కొనుగోలు చేస్తున్నందువల్ల డిమాండ్‌ పెరిగి, కొరత ఏర్పడిందని కుంటి సాకులు చెబుతున్నారు.

వాస్తవం ఏమిటన్నది మీక్కూడా తెలుసు. అందుకే పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్‌ సంక్షోభంపై సమగ్రమైన రివ్యూ కూడా చేయకుండా, కేవలం లీకులతో సరి పెడుతున్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్రోల్, డీజిల్ ఉద్దేశపూర్వక కొరత వల్ల అన్ని వర్గాల వారు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. దీంతో పరిస్థితులు దారుణంగా మారుతున్నాయి. ఈ కృత్రిమ కొరత రైతులను కూడా తీవ్ర నష్టాలకు గురి చేస్తోంది. ట్రాక్టర్లు, వ్యవసాయ యంత్రాలకు తగిన డీజిల్‌ అందక కార్యకలాపాలు నిల్చిపోతున్నాయి. రబీ పంటల కోత కాలంలో ఈ సంక్షోభం మరింత తీవ్రమైంది. కోత యంత్రాలకు రోజుకు సుమారు 100 నుంచి 160 లీటర్ల డీజిల్‌ అవసరం ఉండగా, సరఫరా లేకపోవడంతో యంత్రాలు పొలాల్లోనే నిలిచిపోతున్నాయి.
చేపలు మరియు రొయ్యల పెంపకంలో ఉపయోగించే ఏరిఏటర్లు కూడా డీజిల్‌పై ఆధారపడటంతో, ఆక్వా రైతులు కూడా ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారు.
ఇప్పటికైనా పరిస్థితిని చక్కదిద్దకపోతే ప్రజలు మీకు తగిన గుణపాఠం చెబుతారు.

@ncbn garu, whenever any issue arises anywhere, you have mastered the art of turning it to your advantage and finding ways to exploit it. Your modus operandi is , enable traders who created artificial shortages to profiteer, and there by generate economic gains for coalition leaders. From seeds, fertilizers, and urea to cooking gas, this pattern has been seen across our state.

Now, petrol and diesel have been added to that list. Coalition leaders are preparing for yet another round of exploitation by enabling creation of artificial shortage.

In reality, there is no shortage of petrol or diesel in neighboring states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana. There is no supply crisis there.

However, here in our state, a shortage has been created due to collusion between dealers and coalition leaders. Anticipating a price hike after the completion of elections in five states, dealers are hoarding petrol and diesel. Coalition leaders have joined hands with them, and together they are preparing for large-scale profiteering.

Yet, instead of admitting the truth, they are offering weak excuses claiming that fear of further supply reduction has led vehicle owners to purchase fuel in large quantities, increasing demand and causing the shortage.

You are fully aware of the reality. That is precisely why, not even one proper review of the petrol and diesel crisis has been conducted, the issue is being managed merely through selective leaks.

Due to this artificial shortage, people from all sections of society are facing severe difficulties, and the situation is becoming increasingly grim. Farmers are among the worst affected. Due to the lack of adequate diesel, tractors and agricultural machinery are coming to a halt. During the crucial Rabi harvesting season, this crisis has become even more severe. Harvesting machines require approximately 100 to 160 liters of diesel per day, but due to lack of supply, they are lying idle in the fields.
Aquaculture farmers are also facing hardships, as aerators used in fish and shrimp farming depend on diesel.
Even now, if the situation is not corrected, people will teach you a fitting lesson.

సీఐ శంక‌ర‌య్య విష‌యంలోనూ మీరు ఇలాగే దుర్మార్గంగా వ్య‌వ‌హ‌రించారు. మా చిన్నాన్న వైయ‌స్ వివేకానంద‌రెడ్డి గారి హ‌త్య కేసులో జ‌ర‌గ‌ని విష‌యాల‌ను జ‌రిగిన‌ట్లుగా సీఎం స్థాయిలో మీరు అసెంబ్లీ సాక్షిగా అబ‌ద్ధాలు చెప్పార‌ని, అది త‌న‌ను బాధించింద‌ని శంక‌ర‌య్య అంటే అత‌న్ని ఏకంగా ఉద్యోగం నుంచి తొల‌గించ‌డం మీ నిరంకుశ పాల‌న‌కు నిద‌ర్శ‌నం కాదా? మిమ్మ‌ల్ని ఎవ‌రైనా ప్ర‌శ్నిస్తే వారిపై క‌క్ష సాధింపు చ‌ర్య‌ల‌కు దిగుతున్నారంటే మీరు భ‌య‌ప‌డుతున్నార‌నీ క‌దా అర్థం.

ఎన్నిక‌ల ముందు 20 ల‌క్ష‌ల ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తామ‌ని, ఉద్యోగం వ‌చ్చే వ‌ర‌కు నెల‌కు రూ.3వేల చొప్పున‌ భృతి ఇస్తామ‌ని చెప్పింది వాస్త‌వం కాదా? ప్ర‌తి ఇంటికీ బాండ్లు ఇచ్చిన మాట వాస్త‌వం కాదా? రెండేళ్లు అవుతున్నా ఉద్యోగాలు లేవు, నిరుద్యోగ భృతి లేదు. పైగా ఉద్యోగుల‌పై క‌క్ష సాధింపులు ఇది జంగిల్ రాజ్ కాదా? ఉగాది రోజున మీ జీతాలు డ‌బుల్ చేస్తామ‌ని వాలంటీర్లకు మాట ఇచ్చి అధికారంలోకి వ‌చ్చిన వెంట‌నే వారి క‌డుపుకొట్టింది నువ్వు కాదా? 2.60 ల‌క్ష‌ల మందిని రోడ్డున ప‌డేసి, ఆ వ్య‌వ‌స్థే లేకుండా చేసిన అరాచ‌క‌త్వం నీదేక‌దా? మీ క‌క్ష సాధింపుల‌కు, మీరు ఉద్యోగుల‌పై పెట్టే ఒత్తిడుల‌కు ఒక్క స‌చివాలయ‌ ఉద్యోగులే రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 250 మందికి పైగా ఆక‌స్మిక మ‌ర‌ణం పొందింది నిజం కాదా?

చంద్ర‌బాబు గారూ.. సూటిగా ఒక ప్ర‌శ్న, మీ ప్ర‌భుత్వ హ‌యాంలో ఏపీ ఎన్జీవోస్ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్న అశోక్ బాబు మీ త‌ర‌ఫున క‌ర్ణాట‌క‌లో ఎన్నిక‌ల ప్ర‌చారం నిర్వ‌హించ‌లేదా? బీజేపీని ఓడించ‌మ‌ని పిలుపు ఇవ్వ‌లేదా? మ‌రి ఎందుకు అత‌న్ని డిస్మిస్ చేయ‌లేదు? అంటే మీ వాళ్ల‌కు ఒక న్యాయం, ప‌క్క వాళ్ల‌కు మ‌రో న్యాయ‌మా?

N Chandrababu Naidu garu, the way you have been conducting yourself lately clearly exposes your Government's failure and your denial of the same. Before the elections, you made countless promises just to come to power. In every public meeting, you boldly spoke about “Super Six” and “Super Seven” schemes. You even went door to door distributing bonds, misleading every family with assurances. But even after two years in power, none of the promises mentioned in your manifesto have been implemented fully, with some of them being totally ignored. Instead, you are now claiming that “Super Six” and “Super Seven” have already been fulfilled, which is nothing but a blatant lie. Unable to withstand the growing opposition from people and employees, you are taking extreme steps against those who question you. That clearly shows that you are afraid.

If the public and employees start asking questions, it simply means your governance is not up to the mark. It means the promises you made have not been fulfilled. Is it wrong to enquire about timing of implementation of the promises? Even after two years of the formation of your Government and budget for the third year being presented, is it a crime to question when you will deliver? You have contracted liabilities exceeding Rs 3.5 lakh crore. Is it an offence to ask where that money is going? When you cannot answer these questions and instead resort to vindictive actions against those who question you, Your evasive intent is clearly exposed?

What is the fault of government employees’ union president Kakarla Venkatarami Reddy? Is asking the government to resolve employees’ issues a crime? When he questioned whether the promises made to employees would be implemented, you dismissed him by invoking “Red Book governance.” What is wrong in demanding rightful dues such as pending DA, PRC, and the IR that you promised to give immediately after coming to power? These were your own manifesto promises and employees indeed have a right to qustion you on these. Everyone is observing your deceptive approach towards employees.

You behaved in a similar unjust manner in the case of CI Shankaraiah. When he stated that the Chief Minister had made false statements in the Assembly regarding the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy and that it caused him distress, you went to the extent of removing him from service. Is this not a clear example of authoritarian governance? When anyone questions you, you resort to vindictive actions. This again exposes your escapist attitude.

Before the elections, you promised to provide 20 lakh jobs. You assured that until people get jobs, they would receive a monthly allowance of Rs 3,000. You distributed bonds to every household making these promises. But even after two years, there are no jobs and no unemployment allowance. Instead, you are targeting people who question your Government, is this not jungle raj? You promised to double the salaries of volunteers On Ugadi 2024, but after coming to power, you dismantled the entire volunteer system, leaving around 2.6 lakh people without livelihoods. Is this not injustice?

Is it not true that, due to the pressure and harassment they were subjected to, more than 250 secretariat employees across the state have died? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, I have a direct question. During your tenure, did AP NGOs president Ashok Babu not campaign for you in elections? Did he not solicit votes? Then why was he not dismissed? Does your government not enforce rules for your supporters, in the same manner it does for people who question you? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, you are committing sins. That is why you are unable to confront the people and are attempting to stifle every voice that questions you.

From the perspective of Rural economy, effective implementation of the MGNREGA is of vital importance. This programme enhances disposable incomes in rural sections who have highest marginal propensity to consume, thereby supporting Rural consumption.

Historically, Andhra Pradesh (AP) has been considered one of the best-performing states in MGNREGA implementation. Over the last two years of the TDP alliance Government, we have witnessed the State lagging on this front.

On almost all parameters, such as Approved labour budget, Total Households worked and Expenditure and so forth, the performance signals contraction over last two years.

This is also evident from low GST and Sales tax growth during the last two years, clearly indicating lower purchasing power and consequently lower demand.

The TDP alliance Government is too preoccupied with indulging in corruption driven by unquenchable thirst for wealth and does not have the bandwidth to focus on the problems confronting the people of the State.

Words uttered: “If tomorrow YS Jagan Mohan Reddy says that your wives are not your wives, they would blindly believe it and even go to the extent of treating their own wives as sisters and shamelessly look for marriage alliances; such are the spineless leaders in the YSR Congress Party!”
These words were uttered by Vemuri Radha Krishna on ABN Channel. Using such repulsive language and dragging women into political discourse is not criticism; it is a disgraceful and demeaning attack on women that raises serious questions about the kind of partisan journalism being practiced.

We strongly condemn these remarks and emphasize that such statements are a deliberate attempt to insult women and distort public discourse. The real issue is that, unable to counter the “MAVIGUN” proposal politically, Chandrababu Naidu and his aligned media have resorted to diversion, misinformation, propaganda, and abuse.

We held peaceful protests demanding strict action against Radha Krishna and his unconditional apology. Despite such offensive remarks, our cadre showed restraint and did not resort to violence, demonstrating our commitment to democratic values.

Instead of condemning this disgusting narrative, @ncbn, @naralokesh, and @PawanKalyan backed and amplified these remarks. This reflects their clear misogynistic attitude. We demand immediate action against Radha Krishna and strongly condemn these leaders for supporting such a toxic and outrageous utterances.

మేము శాంతియుతంగా నిరసనలు చేపట్టి, రాధాకృష్ణపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, ఆయన క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలని డిమాండ్ చేశాము. ఇంత తీవ్రమైన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసినప్పటికీ, మా నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు ఎక్కడా హింసకు పాల్పడకుండా, శాంతియుతంగా, ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలను కాపాడుతూ అత్యంత సంయమనంతో వ్యవహరించారు.

Andhra Pradesh has become a 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗷 where police exist only on paper, vanishing when tribals, women, and the poor cry for help. Emergency lines go silent, predators roam free, and innocent lives are lost while those in power focus on corruption, power politics and publicity stunts instead of protecting people.

A helpless 17-year-old tribal girl became yet another victim of this collapsing system. This 17 year-old Tribal girl was taken from her family under the pretext of education and care. On March 22, a civil engineer approached her family in Hiramandalam, Srikakulam district, promising tuition. On March 23, in Visakhapatnam, she was reportedly subjected to repeated sexual assault, exposing both brutality and systemic failure.
By March 24, she was door delivered as a dead body to their parents. There were reports of pressure on the family for a quick, silent cremation, raising serious concerns of a cover-up. On pressure, the postmortem was conducted at Srikakulam Government General Hospital. Police showed no urgency and acted only after a complaint. No action, no arrest this far.

Today’s bus fire in Markapuram, exposes yet an another collapse. Repeated calls to police emergency helpline number 100 went unanswered. Calls to 108 were ignored until the bus was fully engulfed. Survivors said their cries went unheard. With no timely rescue, 14 lives were lost. Institutions which were supposed to respond have not responded.

Under @ncbn government, except PR stunts, there is zero governance. Under “Red Book” governance, police act as puppets while citizens are left unprotected and suffering. This is the real situation in the state

“ఏపీలో నో పోలీస్‌, నో పోలీస్‌, నో పోలీస్‌’’

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ఇప్పుడు ఒక జంగిల్ రాజ్‌గా మారిపోయింది. కాగితాలపై మాత్రమే పోలీసులు కనిపిస్తున్నారు, కానీ గిరిజనులు, మహిళలు, పేదలు సహాయం కోసం ఆర్తనాదాలు చేస్తున్నప్పుడు, వారు సహాయంకోసం అర్థిస్తున్నప్పుడు పోలీసులు కనిపించడంలేదు. మరోవైపు నేరస్తులు స్వేచ్ఛగా తిరుగుతున్నారు.
ప్రాణాపాయ స్థితిలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎమర్జెన్సీ నంబర్లు కూడా స్పందించడం లేదు. ఫలితంగా అమాయకులు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోతున్నారు. కానీ అధికారంలో ఉన్నవారు ప్రజల భద్రతను గాలికి వదిలేసి, అవినీతి, రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాలు, ప్రచార స్టంట్లపై దృష్టి పెడుతున్నారు.

ఒక నిరుపేద 17 ఏళ్ల గిరిజన బాలిక రాష్ట్రంలో కుప్పకూలిపోయిన వ్యవస్థకు బలైపోయింది. చదువులు చెప్తామని ఆమెను తీసుకువెళ్లి దారుణానికి పాల్పడ్డారు. మార్చి 22న శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా హిరమండలంలో ఒక సివిల్ ఇంజనీర్ ఆమె కుటుంబానికి మాటలు చెప్పి, ట్యూషన్ చెప్తానని నమ్మబలికాడు. ఆ తర్వాత మార్చి 23న విశాఖపట్నంలో ఆమెపై పలు మార్లు లైంగిక దాడి జరిగినట్లు మీడియా కథనాల్లో స్పష్టంగా వచ్చింది. మార్చి 24న, ఆ బాలిక మృతదేహాన్ని ఆమె తల్లిదండ్రుల ఇంటికి డోర్‌ డెలివరీ చేశారు. ఇది కేవలం క్రూరత్వం మాత్రమే కాదు, వ్యవస్థల వైఫల్యాన్ని సూచిస్తోంది.

ఈ ఘటనను మూసివేసేందుకు, తీవ్రత తగ్గించి చూపించేందుకు బాధిత కుటుంబంపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకొచ్చినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఘటన విషయం తెలియగానే ఈకేసు దర్యాప్తులో పోలీసులు తమ చురుకైన స్పందనను చూపించలేదు. హడావిడిగా శ్రీకాకుళం ప్రభుత్వ జనరల్ హాస్పిటల్‌లో పోస్ట్‌మార్టం నిర్వహించి, అంత్యక్రియలు జరిపించేశారు. చివరకు ఇప్పటివరకు ఎటువంటి చర్యా లేదు, ఎటువంటి అరెస్టు లేదు.

ఇవాళ మార్కాపురంలో జరిగిన బస్సు అగ్నిప్రమాదం ఘటన ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగంలో మరో భయానక వైఫల్యాన్ని బయటపెట్టింది. పలుమార్లు పోలీస్ ఎమర్జెన్సీ నంబర్‌ 100 కు కాల్ చేసినా స్పందన లేదు. 108 అంబులెన్స్ సేవలు కూడా బస్సు పూర్తిగా మంటల్లో కాలిపోయేంతవరకూ స్పందించలేదు. ప్రాణాలతో బయటపడ్డవారు చెబుతున్నది ఒక్కటే “మా ఆర్తనాదాలు ఎవరూ వినలేదు”అని. సమయానికి సహాయం అందక 14 మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. స్పందించాల్సిన వ్యవస్థలు స్పందించలేదు.

చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రభుత్వంలో పీఆర్ స్టంట్స్ తప్ప పరిపాలన లేదని మరోసారి తేలిపోయింది. “రెడ్ బుక్” పాలనలో పోలీసులు అచేతనంగా మారిపోయారు, రక్షణ లేక ప్రజలు బాధలు పడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని ఉన్న వాస్తవిక పరిస్థితి ఇదే.

మార్కాపురం జిల్లా రాయవరం సమీపంలో టిప్పర్, ప్రైవేట్ ట్రావెల్స్ బస్సు ఢీకొన్న దుర్ఘటనలో పలువురు ప్రయాణికులు సజీవ దహనం కావడం మనసును కలిచివేసింది. ఈ ఘటనలో ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయిన వారి కుటుంబాలకు నా ప్రగాఢ సానుభూతిని తెలియజేస్తున్నా. ఈ ప్రమాదంలో గాయపడిన వారికి తక్షణమే మెరుగైన‌ వైద్యం అందించాలని, బాధిత కుటుంబాలకు వెంటనే తగిన ఆర్థిక సహాయం ప్రకటించాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నా. ఈ ఘోర ప్రమాదానికి గ‌ల‌ కార‌ణాల‌పై ద‌ర్యాప్తు చేసి బాధ్యుల‌పై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల‌ని, భవిష్యత్తులో ఇలాంటి ఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా కట్టుదిట్టమైన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని ఈ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరుతున్నా.
