Hey man, just be glad they work on this. Imagine if they didn't give a shit. People would still use their subscription if they were to continuously release models but not improve the harness. At least with the harness, it's adding more useful features. Sometimes shit breaks, yeah, of course, but it's not like it's months and months and months of the same bullshit with no resolve.

Most people who build their own product come at it with an engineering mindset, but don't know proper sales and marketing.

Story telling is the best way to do that, most of the time. Look at DevDay, Altman is telling stories the whole time.

While I'm not thrilled about the reduction in usage for Codex, I will be getting the $500 sub.

A lot of people infer that this will break their ability to use it, which I find interesting. Our team at TastyPPC uses AI heavily, and while I'm not for raising the barrier to entry on this technology, our returns far supersede the cost having properly integrated AI into our workflow.

I'm not saying this to brag, but because I want to be a resource to people out there, and encourage questions - either in comments or in my DMs, that can help you get to a better place financially.

@soy_muse Building actual advertising structure for LLM's. Also, for companies heavily using AI but not wanting to pay for teams API to track usage, creating a terminal plexer that allows for the team lead to actually monitor what's going on. Will open source soon.

@LuXi0618 I'd honestly say run some tests on tasks that are all really well defined, and run it against GPT 6.1 Soul, against Astra, against Claude, and have watcher agents that make sure it doesn't go into a loop.
