Our paper now out on BioRxiv "Somatic structural variant formation is guided by and influences genome architecture" https://t.co/F5bILl4hhH. We use Hi-C to assemble chromothriptic genomes and study how SVs can alter the @3D_Genome, expression and replication timing. 👏 @taxa_ti
