I’ve written to all @woodbrhigh parents today to set out our 2023-24 budget position. It is not good news. I urge all those who love our school to campaign for us. Without more money, I am worried that staffing cuts are coming. Young people, and ultimately society, will suffer.

@VerisureUK just wondering how many times we have to contact customer services to complain about the fact that our installer neglected to fit our WiFi booster, promising he would come back on 3 separate times. The back of our house insecure 4 weeks after installation!!

@gemma_fuller @OnlineDoorStore @XLJoinery This doesn’t fill me with any hope on getting our order fulfilled or getting a response to calls and emails. What is wrong with these companies. We could accept delay issues in this current climate but poor customer service is unacceptable.

@KerrymBrookes @OnlineDoorStore I agree appalling customer service. We have made 4 calls with nobody picking up or calling back and have had 2 emails ignored and are still missing 2 doors!!!

@OnlineDoorStore disappointed in your customer service. 2 doors missing from and order of 3 but to fail to answer the phone, ignore 4 messages with a phone number to respond and ignore 2 emails is atrocious customer service!!! I wonder if other customers have the same issue!

Boris hasn’t really mastered this proactive planning thing, maybe if he was less reactive then people would listen & follow rules more consistently
