Iβve helped startups raise $2M+ with MVPs I built in weeks.
Most founders obsess over perfection.
But 90% of wins come from speed + clarity:
β Clear value
β Fast first build (MVP)
β Feedback loop
You donβt need more features. You need sharper focus.
something has shifted in the last 12 months. more non-technical founders than ever are trying to build their own products
vibe coding made that possible, and thats genuinely exciting
but here's what i keep seeing
most founders who reach out to me recently have already tried to build themselves
they hit a wall and came looking for help
and when i ask what stopped them, its never the code
ai handles the code part now, thats done
what stops them is everything else
setting up the right project structure, choosing the right stack, connecting a database, handling auth properly, deploying without breaking everything, security rules, cloud infrastructure
coding is one part of software development
a small part actually
the founders who are now reaching out to me dont want someone to build for them anymore
they want to learn how to do it themselves, properly, like an engineer and that shift is huge
most people think vibe coding has solved building for non-technical founders
it hasnt
i've been talking to founders for the last 90 days, all trying to build their own product
nearly all of them attempted to vibe code
very few got anywhere meaningful
a handful got to a prototype, nothing more
the problem isnt the code anymore
ai handles the code, thats genuinely solved
the problem is everything around it
web hooks, databases, auth, deployment pipelines, app store rules, security rules, cloud infra, environments, payments, push notifications etc
none of that is a coding problem
its an engineering problem
and thats a very different thing
vibe coding gave non-technical founders a way in
it didnt give them a way through
thats where most of them are stuck right now
can you resonate?
@PerceptualPeak@danshipper This is the exact reason I havent touch my setup for months. Tools are changing too fast. Everyone was talking about Ralph and the hype died after 3 days and everyone moved to Clawd. If you are actually shipping you donβt have time to change workflows often
Yeah it has the tendency of taking the lazy route but I always prevent it doing that! Sometimes it does the opposite. I asked for it to do a curl operation to test an endpoint but the auth token expired, instead for it to ask for new token it created a complex script do me to test it myself lol these tools need lots of handholding π
