This is just the tip of the iceberg. The Amhara regional state is facing complete devastation by Abiy Ahmed's regime. Reports indicate that the widespread #AmharaGenocide continues unchecked.

1⃣Ambulances Repurposed: Over 587 ambulances designated for health facilities are now used to transport military supplies.

2⃣Maternal Deaths: In the last nine months, 1,731 mothers died from bleeding because they couldn't reach medical facilities due to the lack of ambulances.

3⃣Child Mortality: 15,607 children died due to inadequate medical care.

4⃣Educational Destruction: In the Amara region, 184 schools and 42 vocational and technical colleges have been turned into military camps, with school equipment looted and destroyed. Chairs are being repurposed as cooking stoves.

5⃣Disrupted Education: 5.2 million students are unable to attend school.

6⃣Healthcare Collapse: 116 health facilities have ceased operations, and 94 health professionals have been beaten and arrested.

🚨#UPDATE: Between February 28th and May 13th, 2024, an estimated 286 mothers and 257 newborn babies have died from lack of timely medical treatment in just the South Gonder Zone (Amhara Region, Ethiopia). Almost all of the 86 ambulances in the zone designated for transportation of pregnant women during labor and emergency patients have been commandeered by regime forces for transportation of soldiers, ammunition and family members of Prosperity Party regime officials.
