Argentina - Spain is basically the WC final I've been dreaming of for the past 20 years. I win either way. I finally got it at the last possible chance. God bless.
I hope this meets you well. If so, doxology. Not to take away from your repentance and your wife’s resilience, but I have a question for those at the back. Would you have been focused, growing in silence with maturity strength and grace if it was your wife who needed to repent? Would you have befriended all the men whose company she was enjoying while waiting for her to reach the humility and repentance you have so enviably reached?
Would you have waited for her to calm down? I’m just asking for the people in the back because the mic can’t reach them there.
Thanks and God bless
POSTPARTUM BREAST ABSCESS COST THIS WOMAN HER LIMBS👀👀
THIS MADE ME EMOTIONAL😢😢💔
WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER IGNORE ANY STRANGE SIGN AFTER DELIVERY.
SAD STORY... Pls read, share and let women be educated.
Dear Women of our warm green earth,
When the Breast Whispers and the Body Answers
There are stories that arrive softl like a woman knocking at the door of dawn and yet they carry the weight of warnings we dare not ignore. And this young woman’s story, now circling through our timelines, is one of them. And it reminds us, again and again, that the postpartum body is both fragile and magnificent, both easily overlooked and endlessly deserving of care.
As a gynae doctor, I do not share this to scatter fear across the digital winds. I share it because knowledge, when held with tenderness, becomes power… and because silence, especially in women’s health, has cost too many mothers too much.
After childbirth, the breasts become restless cities, full, busy, pulsing with the work of nurturing. And with this sacred busyness comes the possibility of disruption. One of those disruptions is the BREAST ABSCESS, a pocket of infection that forms when bacteria, with the audacity only bacteria have, slip into the breast during breastfeeding.
RCOG and ACOG remind us of a simple truth: That it often begins innocently, as mastitis,
And that if left unattended, or if the bacteria are fiercely aggressive, this warmth can turn into a collection of pus, And that, with prompt treatment, most women recover beautifully, gracefully, completely.
But... and life is full of these difficult 'buts'... sometimes the infection escapes its borders. It travels into the bloodstream, turning quiet inflammation into a full-body battle. This is sepsis. And sepsis is not merely an infection, it is the body raging, and fighting, and struggling to protect every organ at once.
In rare, almost storybook-rare circumstances, like the woman in this video, the body becomes so overwhelmed that doctors must call upon ECMO, a machine that temporarily becomes the heart and lungs. And because the blood is diverted to protect the vital organs, the limbs may not get enough oxygen, and life is sometimes preserved only through the heartbreak of amputation.
It is devastating. It is extraordinary.
And it is rare, wonderfully and blessedly rare.
Yet rarity does not mean impossibility, and impossibility does not mean irrelevance. Women deserve to know. Families deserve to understand. Communities deserve to respond with compassion instead of minimisation.
What every woman should listen for, the early whispers of mastitis:
● A breast that is hot, red, swollen
● Fever creeping in like an unwelcome guest
● Red streaks on the skin
● A stubborn lump that refuses to soften
● Flu-like aches that do not match the joy of new motherhood
ACOG and RCOG are clear, any of these signs require prompt review. Because early treatment is simple antibiotics, warm compresses, continued breastfeeding or pumping, and sometimes a small drainage guided by ultrasound. Simple things. Life-saving things.
And this is what I want every mother, every sister, every husband, every community to remember:
Childbirth is not merely an event; it is an initiation. And the postpartum period is not a footnote; it is a chapter deserving reverence. Mothers need watching over, listening to, caring for, not dismissing with tired cultural clichés.
This woman’s journey is not a spectacle. It is a reminder of resilience, of the fragility of the body, of the importance of early medical care, and of why women must never be told to “endure” pain as though endurance is a crown.
So if, one postpartum morning, your breast whispers, 'Something is not right', please, answer it.
Seek help. Because your body matters. And your life, your future, your joy, all of it, is worth protecting.
I did my final project on Hibiscus sabdariffa (zobo), and it’s wild how powerful it is. It’s packed with bioactive compounds like flavonoids and anthocyanins that actually help your body fight oxidative stress and regulate blood sugar, nature really knew balance.
Genocide is defined not just by numbers but by intent. Israel has declared its aim to erase Palestinian life in Gaza. The scale is clear: 680,000 killed, 380,000 infants. A genocide overwhelmingly against children, erasing Palestinian life at its root.
always, always, always Ar-Rahman. So go back to Him & watch how mercy pours. the best thing u can ever do for urself is to have a close relationship with Allah swt, to obey Him, to turn back to Him no matter what happens, to rely on Him no matter the situation.
little reminder that u are already wrapped in mercy, not because u earned it. but because He is Ar-Rahman & He never stops being Ar-Rahman. not at fajr, not at midnight, not when ur cheeks are wet, not when u’ve just sinned, not when u doubt urself, not when u’re afraid. He is
Imagine being someone in the West who has spent the past 22 months supporting this genocide, supporting THIS, below, pretending this was some sort of anti-terror or hostage-rescue operation rather than the brutal flattening of an entire place and people.
Israel didn’t want you to see this picture. They told countries air dropping aid to not take footage. This is Gaza now. “Precision bombing”, “targeted strikes”. For years Palestinians told you they were being hunted down in an ethnic cleansing campaign. Now do you see it?
My God
Green Beret Anthony Agular recounts how a 5-year-old Palestinian kissed his hands to thank him for the food Agular gave him
Seconds later, Israeli soldiers shot and killed the starving child
ISIS prisoners were treated with more dignity than these children, Agular says
Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.
It sounds inconceivable. But it’s the truth.
Israel is taking deliberate, coordinated action to destroy the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Explicit statements by Israeli officials, combined with a consistent policy of destructive attacks and other practices of annihilation, prove beyond a doubt that Israel’s target is the entire population of Gaza.
Entire cities razed to the ground; medical, educational, religious and cultural infrastructure systematically destroyed; 2 million Palestinians forcibly displaced with the aim of expelling them from Gaza; and, of course, mass starvation and killing - all this amounts to an explicit attempt to destroy the population of Gaza and impose living conditions so catastrophic that Palestinian society cannot continue to exist there.
That is the exact definition of genocide.
The report we are releasing today is a warning: The ideology driving the Israeli regime is not confined to Gaza.
The same regime, the same army, the same leaders and the same commanders are implementing extremely violent practices against Palestinians in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and within Israel. We are already witnessing the spillover of practices Israel is using in Gaza to other areas - on a different scale, but guided by the same logic. In the West Bank, this is taking the form of airstrikes, demolition of refugee camps, mass evictions, and the deliberate destruction of Palestinian economy and society.
No Palestinian who lives under the genocidal Israeli regime is safe.
There is no justification for genocide – not “self-defense”, not “security”, and not the heinous acts committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023, which triggered profound existential fear among Israelis.
The international community has not only failed in its duty to stop the atrocities, but the leaders of the Western world, particularly the United States and Europe, also share responsibility by providing support that enables Israel’s acts of destruction. It is the duty of the international community to stop the genocide Israel is carrying out in Gaza.
On social media, we are seeing footage of people buried under bombed-out buildings, displaced persons’ camps on fire, children starving, people desperate for water, and hospitals left unable to treat the injured and the sick.
As a human rights organization it is our duty and responsibility to say the truth: Genocide is happening, right here and right now.
This is our genocide, and we need to stop it.

The teenagers and adults also don’t deserve to be bombed and starved. You can also say that. We don’t need to accept the framing that they are guilty by age.
You don’t have to be perfect to turn back to Allah. You just have to be sincere. Shaytan makes you feel like your sins are too heavy, like you’ve messed up too many times—but that’s a lie. Allah’s mercy is far greater than your mistakes. The door of tawbah is always ope
