🚨 SHASHI THAROOR -
"Why can't exams be conducted like the SAT or GRE, with computer-based tests held throughout the year?
This would reduce stress for students.
Technology should help students, not create problems for them.
Exam security must be ensured at every stage with a proper digital record.
A single exam should not decide the future of thousands of students. One mistake or accident can ruin an entire year"
Although Pradhan resigned, his resignation letter shows zero remorse and zero accountability and The government is acting like they are the victims; ministers are queuing up on social media to praise him with long essays, treating him like a martyr rather than a corrupt loser.
India’s education minister stepped down on Saturday, in a major victory for a student protest movement that has challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi. https://t.co/iM3ckRsvGo
I take my words back.
He is the most spineless person i have ever seen.
He literally bowed down in front of them in less than 24 hours.
Shame on him.
Sanghis don’t watch his movies cuz he is a Muslim,
now students and neutrals will boycott his movies too.
Congratulations bro for ending your acting career with just one post.
Not surprised. But First, You need to marry to have children to feel the pain of those parents and students. But Mocking Sonam Sir and those students who died is an insult to the millions of students of India. Change name from Being Human to Being Puppet in your coffee mug. It's not movie. Rubbish tweet.
Don't drink too much Sir.💔😢😌
It's not a dance it's a movement that requires a strong core, balance & back strength.
This move called Gathode, has been performed by women at Mangalagaur for generations.
In Pilates, the exact same movement is called "Rolling Like a Ball."
Maybe Google first, mock later.

It's Ayesha Khan : Questioning the system is not anti national. I am proud to be part of this student movement because i love my country so much.🇮🇳
You are the one who has harmed the future of our youth the most.
You allowed and encouraged the total capture and destruction of our education system - and protected every person responsible for it.
The students’ demands are clear:
1. Sack Dharmendra Pradhan.
2. Apologise to the students.
3. Take action against those who assaulted them.
A press conference!
It will be interesting to see if Rahul Gandhi adds more pressure on the government by increasing his interaction with the press in settings like this.
How long can any PM go without a press conference if the opposition has a new one every week or so?
Please sit down. Nobody needs gyaan from you on what should not be politicised who has only been acting in hateful propaganda films.
If education is ‘politicised’ instead of ‘religion’ today, that’s the best thing our nation could have done.
The corrupt Mumbai Police and the criminal @Dev_Fadnavis will have to answer for this.
The world is watching.
@hrw@UNHumanRights@amnesty
You goons will have nowhere to hide.
Mumbai Police is arbitrarily detaining people, ordinary residents, not even political activists, to prevent them from exercising their democratic right to protest. Students and youngsters from across the country are agitating against this very high handedness of the government. There is still time, read the room, BJP.
This lady in the video, Sandhya Panaskar has now been taken to Vakola Police station from her home by the @MumbaiPolice.
The @MumbaiPolice is detaining protesters, sending notices and visiting protesters at their homes, warning them against joining protest.
Some on social media have even said they've been told to share live locations. Why is the Mumbai Police so desperate to trouble peacefully protesting citizens? @Dev_Fadnavis@CMOMaharashtra
Bulldozing 38 out of 40 buildings of Mohd Ali Jauhar University, in a state with a dearth of quality institutions of higher education, is a perverse decision. If construction was illegal, find other punishments — fines, other punitive measures, even government takeover — but do not destroy a functioning University that UP needs!
