So Tragic. Hopefully commotio cordis from the mechanism and a quick defibrillation should rescue to spontaneous circulation. We need to see train earlier defib over CPR on sports medicine sidelines. 🙏@American_Heart@HRSonline@NFL
So excited to share this issue of EP Lab digest! @PraveenRao_EP is providing exceptional care and promising outcomes for patients all over DFW and beyond #ablatevt#epeeps@AbbottCardio https://t.co/5KroZ38d87
@DoctorPhillEP @PraveenRao_EP@cooper_dh Thank you so very much! So grateful to work with a brilliant EP doing amazing things for his patients! If anyone is interested in some live VT case observation please reach out.
TGIF! Redo non-ischemic VT on an LVAD patient this morning. Concentrated LPs in sinus 👉🏻complex fractionation in VT👉🏻mid-diastolic on ablation👉🏻one burn term leaving this pt non-inducible! Mapped by @PraveenRao_EP with #hdgrid by @AbbottCardio#ablatevt#epeeps#oneburnterm
Interesting circuit in this ischemic VT patient who had 3 prior ablations at another facility. Turning our low V ID down to 0.15mV helped uncover the rest of this circuit. Mapped by @PraveenRao_EP with the #hdgrid by @AbbottCardio#ablatevt#epeeps#ischemicvt
@EmilyZeitler@KajanderRyanEP Yes!!!! I had one of these this past week! She’d been told for 20 years she had anxiety and was on a ton of anti-anxiety medications. She actually had AVNRT
Scar at the apex with frac and LPs at the border zone in this ischemic VT. Positioning our catheter along this zone prior to induction quickly led us to a channel along the anterior scar border! Check out the MidD sigs! Mapped by @PraveenRao_EP#ablatevt#epeeps@AbbottCardio
Areas of low voltage and and clusters of fractionation correlate with the deceleration zone seen in VT. Completing a sinus map first allows us to start mapping VT in our area of interest, maximizing data gathered from short runs.
