🧵 Big news in the Grant Solomon case this morning, and it's less-than-stellar.

At the end of July, I submitted a FOIA request for body cam footage from the officers at the scene the day Grant died. I have finally gotten an answer. 1/x

I have called GPD to get more information, and I will be submitting another open records request to get a copy of the department's usage policy on body cam. I am also trying to reach somebody who can tell me where the Grant Solomon footage is. 4/x
