At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

ഭർത്താവ് പറഞ്ഞു: "
അങ്ങിനെയല്ല! മകനും ഇതൊക്കെ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയും, പക്ഷേ, അവൻ വളരും തോറും
അതെല്ലാം പഠിച്ചെടുക്കേണ്ടിവരും.
എന്നാൽ, പെൺകുട്ടികൾ ഈ പറഞ്ഞ എല്ലാ സഹജമായ ഗുണങ്ങളോടെയാണ് ജനിക്കുന്നത്.
ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ അച്ഛനാകുന്നത് ഓരോ പുരുഷനും ഒരു യഥാർത്ഥ അഭിമാനമാണ്."

അപ്പോൾ ഭാര്യ പറഞ്ഞു, "പക്ഷേ അവൾ എന്നേക്കും നമ്മോടൊപ്പം ഉണ്ടാകില്ല."

ഭർത്താവ് ആർദ്രതയോടെ മറുപടി നൽകി , "അതെ, പക്ഷേ അവൾ പോകുന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം അവളുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നമ്മൾ എപ്പോഴും അവളോടൊപ്പം ഉണ്ടാകും അവൾ നമ്മളെ ഓർക്കാത്ത ഒരു ദിനം പോലും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല."

പെൺകുട്ടികൾ മാലാഖമാരാണ്.
അവർ എന്നേക്കും നിരുപാധികമായ സ്നേഹത്തോടും, കരുതലോടും
