I spent about 25,500 minutes listening to music this year and I'm sure you already know how I found out. π₯΄
Yes - "Spotify Wrapped"
A thought then popped up in my head, what if I come up with something similar for @Somnia_Network?
I went ahead and created a dashboard for it:
"Somnia Wrapped"
What is it about?
Come take a look. ππΌ
@cripto_mexa@adalluch Alright, here it is.
You're eligible for Linea airdrop on that wallet. Confirm below.
Do with this information what you will, and when you do confirm it's legitimacy, you know what to do.
You're welcome.

@Somnia_Network has launched its Mainnet, and at the same time, the first phase of their airdrop distribution.
Apart from some earlier hiccups from the claim page, The airdrop process has been a success so far.
Let's dive into some insights on $SOMI airdrop progress πͺ

It's about time we experience the thrill of gaming on Somnia.
And what other way to start than gaming on @playvariance
Alongside its launch on @Somnia_Network mainnet, the Variant NFT collection was launched with a 'Limited Time' Supply
Let's see the mint's progress so far.

My @Dune Activity is no longer that scanty, looking more beautiful now π.
Forget the fact that I mentioned 30 Days, this is more like 53 days in, What had changed?
β 5 more dashboards created
β 45 more queries
β A 34 days current streak π₯
All built on @Somnia_Network.
So what have I built? Follow me π§΅
BRING WORKLOADS TO SOMNIA!!!!!!!!! π₯π₯π₯
See, I was doing a little research on the dashboard I created on @Somnia_Network insights and I realized something.
The Somnia Blockchain is built for games yes, but you know what it's better built for?
Yes, to handle hugeeeee workload.
How did I come to this conclusion?
If we look at the chart below,...
Pink β Transaction count
Blue β Average fees spent per transaction
...we'd notice a pattern that keeps occurring:
- The higher the transaction count
- The lower the Average fees spent per transaction.
For example, in hours where there was:
Transactions Average Fee
- 4.7 million β 0.00013 $SOMI
- ~400,000 β 0.00030 $SOMI
- ~9,500 β 0.00608 $SOMI
- 120 β 0.03864 $SOMI
...and more similar occurrences.
This made me remember something @0xPaulThomas mentioned sometime before mainnet launch, I think it was called the 'Dynamic Pricing Model', can't really remember the name of the mechanism.
So basically, what this model does is that - The higher the Transaction Per Second (TPS), the lower the average fee spent.
This made me think of a certain mathematics formula we used back then which is 'Variation'.
See, I believe the average transaction fees spent is Inversely related (not really proportional since it's not exactly constant) to the Transaction count per time. Which means:
Average Fee β 1/TPS^n
OR
a β 1/(t^n)
(Where n is the rate at which the fees decreases)
So then:
a = k*(t^-n)
I'm not a math guru so I'm also trying to wrap my head around it π , but I'm working on a simulation to see how the fee fall rate when TPS goes a lot more higher.
We've only seen up to 4,000 TPS, what happens when we see 100,000?
Stay tuned as I will work on that soon enough π.
See you on the next one, and Check out the dashboard link below.π
My girlfriend called me a Vampire because I was up all night analyzing Data... π
I might be one though, but who knows? π
That's not the point, so I'll digress.
Some say Data analytics is so easy, and some say it's too complex...
Well, let me walk you through it to see for yourself.
Walk with me now as I break down this Runners VS Ruggers dashboard showing you all the steps I went through at it.

Big thanks @0xPaulThomas, for spotlighting the dashboards ππ.
Thrilled to contribute to Somnia insights.
One day Iβll escape the βboldfacesβ username trap on Dune and finally be Dan π .
Until then, more dashboards coming!
gSomnia y'all ππ
Been close to 2 years I started my journey as a Blockchain Data Analyst. Thanks to @AnalyticSages π«‘
For the most part, most of my experience was from building on @flipsidecrypto, and unfortunately Flipside had to sunset their studio program a few months ago.
Yeah, that wasn't the best of news for me, and why was that?
From my own pov... Flipside was like the Android OS I was very much used to, why this analogy?
β’ Visualizations were easily customizable
β’ SnowflakeSQL was easier to utilize
β’ Each chain has its tables, and the syntax were easy to understand
β’ Had quite a number of built dashboards
β’ There were incentives to building on Flipside
...and more.
So I decided to go on a little sabbatical for a few months.
Well I've been back, and using @Dune for the past few weeks back to back made me understand some things.
Yeah though, like using iOS you get a different set pros and cons.
β’ You get what you always had, simple but reliable
β’ Struggled with TrinoSQL initially, got better over time
β’ The tables were scattered all over, and the syntax were... well, different.
β’ Had to start over since I only had a few stuffs built on Dune
β’ I could run queries that runs for up to 30 minutes without being a subscribed user on Dune π€πΌ
All in all, it was a adventurous switch, still understanding the mechanics of Dune syntax and TrinoSQL, but it's definitely been great so far.
Just felt I had to share, and this is just the beginning, follow and stay tuned on both here and @the_Chain_Scope for future onchain insights.
Hello, and nice to meet you ππΌ.
How lucky can a person be?
Imagine having just one @playvariance NFT, and then getting airdropped another. π₯³
And not just another, the Rarest. π
I looked into both raffle winners through the dashboard, and here is what I found:
