@UKTVPlayHelp I’ve tried The Bill, red dwarf, not going out, just jokes, white chapel and the Hornby train programme and same for all of them. I’ve tried deactivating the auto play feature now, but same result unfortunately. Just the spinning blue wheel.

@UKTVPlayHelp Two different TVs. Samsung 7 series 2017 model and Samsung 7 series 2020 model. App 3.8.0
TVs have been reset, caches and app data deleted. Apps reinstalled. Same issue on both TVs, using different uktvplay accounts. Issue still occurring. Cannot get past the advertising screen

@UKTVPlayHelp It won’t countdown or stop spinning. It won’t play any programme. Always the same message, forever spinning and stuck on 68 seconds. The “exact issue” is I can’t watch a programme.
