Worst experience with @bankofbaroda . ₹1.54L debited as “loan recovery” when no EMI was due.

Before, Despite request, EMI still debited on 30/31 → bounce → CMR impacted + 4% higher interest charged.

Unfair practices.

1. One of the worst services @myntra has for customer care. I have raised an incident regarding Cyber Crime in which money was stolen from my account. Initially case manager told me they would help in every means possible to get your account back and would help to get the bottom

@KotakCares Kotak really doesn’t care for customers, i mean its been more then 4 days of my complaint to respond my 30 days back request of giving me back my property papers since i have paid up my loan and till today there is not even a single call. @udaykotak @anandmahindra

Its been more then 48 hours for my 30 days long request and still no reply from your executives @anandmahindra @udaykotak this is how banks are these days, Thick Skin !! I paid up my loan and its been more then 30 days since i have requested you to get me back my proprrty papers

@KotakCares its been more then 24 hours of not responding on my request which i made 30 days back , I literally don’t know how Kotak Mangament is executing such small problem, ie- i paid up my loan and i just want my property papers back, thats it!
