The manager of the Warner Robins Best Buy confirmed that she cannot guarantee haul away for the 5th time! according to her, she has one driver and he has Covid so she doesn’t really know when a haul away will happen so I have asked for my refund @bestbuy @BestBuySupport

If @BestBuy @BestBuySupport does not execute this haul away, I’m returning this fridge and you can give me back my money and come pick up your product, and you can deal with someone coming to pick up or not following through on this pick up

@BestBuy and @GeekSquad what is going on with the customer service? My appliance purchased didn’t have the haul away added… don’t know how that happened! Then when I call to schedule, it’s made for a different address than the delivery. THEN today, the drive is a NO CALL/NO Show
