MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Meet Egunjobi Taiwo Nofisat @Lolu_rayo , one of our own at The DataElite.

Taiwo has been one of our most dedicated members, always showing up, always open to learning something new, even the things that don't come naturally at first.

Ask her what she's built since joining, and the answer isn't a dashboard, it's her communication skills. She said "As someone who is not really big on communicating, this community has helped me immensely in that aspect. It gave me a space where I was more outspoken and comfortable expressing myself."

That openness to growth shows up everywhere in her journey. On the technical side: She said "This community has given me a platform to improve my data analytics skills and understand concepts that I once found difficult. I've learned how to break down complex topics into smaller, more understandable pieces, and that has made my learning process easier. Beyond the technical skills, it has also helped me understand what teamwork actually means, because I've had the opportunity to work with others and learn from different perspectives."

What she's most proud of? The people. "I've been able to connect with like-minded people, people who believe so much in growth and how to achieve that. These people have made me realize you can do so much when you are in the right space and amongst the right people."

Growth isn't always technical, sometimes it's finding your voice, and Taiwo's willingness to keep showing up for both is exactly what this community is built on.

Stories like hers are exactly why we've opened our doors to new members. Applications for new members is still wide open and  ongoing.
