@ChelmsCouncil It's not a problem - understand holdays etc but when you've planned to take time off to do a bit of gardening but you can't as bin is full, it's just frustrating. As I say, communication would relieve the frustration ☺️

@ChelmsCouncil I had a missed brown bin collection on Tues and reported Tues night. It wasn't collected yesterday. There is nothing about my round being missed. Please can you advise? My black bin was also missed last week, reported and nothing happened.
