Traditional education often becomes an echo chamber of regurgitated information.
True learning is an active, not passive, endeavor. It involves questions, failures, adaptations, and triumphs.
In this arena, the textbook is life itself, and the examinations are the situations that demand your skill, courage, and intellect.
I am from Himachal. I am saying this:
1. We don't need tourists. On the name of tourists we have Unmarried Couples or Druggists.
2. We need to protect our heritage.
3. You want to uplift people, impart skills other than opening a hotel on loan in an unsafe location.
4. Make a restriction on how many people can visit as tourists in any season.
5. Himachal has become absolute shit hole due to tourists.
6. Jiske ghar bache ko chutti hoti hai, chalo Himachal.
7. Animal exploitation, Nature Exploitation, Local Residents harassment, Cultural Exploitation etc...what does not happen on the name of tourism.
8. Go to any famous place, you will not find a place to park vehicle even after 6 hours of waiting line.
9. Incessant blasting of Himalayas has wreaked havoc.
10. People entering from Punjab with their Khalistani flags.
11. Tell me one single place that is worth visiting peacefully.
I may sound insensitive. This was bound to happen someday. I just never though that people of my state will be the ones to face the burnt. Where are all those bloody tourists now? At their homes watching news.
All those who earned from such tourism, its all gone in 1 rainy season.
When you haven’t seen someone for a week:
“What have you been up to then?”
“Nothing much really”
When you haven’t seen someone for 20 years:
“What have you been up to then?”
“Nothing much really”
Meanings of “you look well”
1. You look well
2. You looked particularly bad when we last met
3. You look larger than last time
4. You look quite red
5. You look unwell
6. I have no recollection of how you looked last time, I just say this to everyone

Direction is more important than speed and crowd.
If you heading in the wrong direction you are wasting all your resources and your efforts are going in vain.
Walking alone in the right direction is difficult but it will mould your personality in ways which are unimaginable.
Be kind (go the extra mile)
Going the extra mile for someone is never forgotten:
It often takes some more time or a little more effort but completely makes someone's day.
And then they pass the energy on to someone else. You've created a chain reaction.
If knowledge is currency, sharing knowledge with others is an investment. People are our shares and when they develop over time...you will reap long term profit in the academy ecosystem.
Don't be afraid to share your knowledge out of fear that someone will surpass you.
