@ICICIBank : a quick idea to explore. why don't you send the number of toll crossings left on the annual pass when a fastag crosses a toll? IDFC has that feature and it's really helpful. try to implement this so we don't have to rely on Rajmargyatra everytime. thanks!

Please don't take policies from @oiclinsurance or @policybazaar . I have raised a claim on june 2nd and the final approval was given by the inspection company on July 16th and it's been a month since then and no refund issued yet. this is PB support. it's time for ombudsman!
