@TheDonStein Seminaries have essentially flipped the script we see in Acts 8. We’re told that if we want to be equipped for ministry we need to hand over 30k a year. If we want the gift of God, we’ve gotta pay for it. I agree that the education is critical but the cost is absurd.

@superubergnatt @DrFrankTurek You’re spot on. But Gehenna was not necessarily the final destination for sinners. Jesus himself even says plainly that a prisoner there can “get out” after he has paid the last penny (Matthew 5).

@RealDavidReece Was the ark prepared after the flood or before (1 Peter 3:20-21). The Patristic witness is clear: infant baptism has been practiced since the beginning. But the argument from tradition is FAR better than the argument made here.
