Real food is costly!
Earlier people used to brag about purchase parity powet in Endia not knowing their entire food was mass produced by compromising quality to sell it cheap. Alway choose quality you won't regret later.
> Eggs are now costing 9-10₹ per piece. Almost 40% hike, thanks to that guy i can't take his name.
> Whey protein is now costing 4200₹ per kg
> High Protein Paneer costs 180₹
In India, if you really want to eat a 100g protein diet everyday being a vegetarian, you will have to shell around 10,000₹ to 12,000₹ just on the diet. (yeah you can reduce it by eating Soya chunks and yeast protein but then your tastebuds and nakhre are a problem)
Now add this cost living in a family of two or four. This the reality we are entering into. Someone who is worshiper of someone will tell you 'oh you dont need 100g daily even 50g is enough' but you are not in sarkari rationing, you want to live optimally. And for optimal life, 100-150g is a good range.
Before you plan to buy a new house, new car, new iPhone, new Dyson, please make sure that a good health needs minimum of 9-15k per month including gym, diet, coach, pfc club app, etc. Invest in your health first and then start a new EMI or new SIP otherwise you are done bro.
