@Marshall_LR fixes a permission issue on the #LimitedResources discord, allowing new mods to be minted.

The discord immediately makes me a mod, showing the kind of judgmernt that really makes you question the wisdom of letting them do that.

@Mengu09 I found Charging Rhino (rare in portal, uncommon in Tempest, common in all the other printings) but that's a boring one because all the non-common printings are from before the set symbol was colored differently.

@Mengu09 I can actually raise you: you can get printings of Chainer's Edict with all *four* rarity colors, including Mythic, but the ones with the rare and mythic symbols are promos, where I would argue the rarity is "promo" rather than "rare" or "mythic".
