been running one broad CBO on meta for months. all video, lowest cost, ~50k a day.

added a second campaign this week and it's already doing 100+ purchases a day at a cheaper cpa than our main CBO

setup:

- New ABO camp
- BOF statics only
- bid cap, started about $10 over our target cpa
- budget 3x what it'll spend so the cap does the throttling
- raise it 10-15% every day until you find a medium of scale + roas

6 days in: $23k spend, 338 purchases, $68 cpa vs $95+ on the main. cpm $65 vs $100
