I've been researching what the 128gig max can run, but am still v curious what people consider the better models for this type of work.

@11815172_A Once you've done up a spec, you just tell it to go build it for you. The real key becomes describing what it is you want to build with enough detail that it doesn't go off and use something you're not expecting.

And if it does, just tell it to change it.

I want an application that does X. It needs to connect X to Y, taking the input data from X via an API and then store a local copy, do Z and output Y.

It should use technology A for the API and B for the database.

Then use /plan to do a Q/A session to spec the job.

People are falsely latching onto the graphs as direct evidence, which is indeed wrong - but the change in tone across social media was immediately obvious.

@TheTacticalBrit I've not even seen a hint that anyone is moving towards this; but I'm firmly of the belief we need laws making it illegal to use AI campaigns to shape public opinion.

It won't stop Russia and the like, but it could at least be used to force X to clamp down on it.

@P_Kallioniemi Agree that Cloudflare charts don't show that type of bot traffic, but the observable impact is huge.

In-line with Yandex crawling falling off, so has the bot traffic - we just don't have charts to show it yet.

Will be interesting to see what the data shows as ppl chart it.

@GhostOfCorkey @jaanus There's no substantial drop-off in X traffic but the posts make up a tiny portion of X traffic - so I'm not sure that's a good indicator.

We know Yandex has lost capacity, its reasonable to suggest that bot traffic may be a part. Even if the graph doesnt show that portion.

@GhostOfCorkey @jaanus With regards Radar/crawler traffic; it's not clear its all its showing-but even if we assume that is all it shows.

We know bots exist, and there's a very obvious fall-off in posts that could be seen to be bot-like, the two may be related. 2/3

@GhostOfCorkey @jaanus Yandex is a cloud provider and one of the larger providers of Russian LLM capacity, as well as hosting many Russian services. It's by no means just a search engine.
