I had booking 4 Amritsar to IXU with PNR number 6KYV4T. THE FLIGHT FROM AMRITSAR TO DELHI FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED. I had called before leaving the hotel at 7 pm & after reaching airport I was informed it was cancelled. I am traveling with 8 months old infant. @airindia @AirIndiaX

@airindia Why nt replying here let the public knw how better service u provide your traveller who r traveling with infants. You r only looking at the money no concerned about traveller. Secondly I had told your executive let me knw difference fare for the business class & he disconnected

available but business class was available from amritsar to delhi which he didn’t offer & I was forced to book flight for 28dec & now I had to stay for 2nights in amritsar and business nd all other schedule would be disturbed altogether due to just your executive fault @airindia

How inconvenience I had faced due to such cancellation. I had book again a hotel in amritsar for the 2 nights that’s also an addition expense but when I tried to explain your situation executive to book a ticket for 27th dec from Amritsar to aurangabad he said seats are not.

@MSRDC9 @Paytmcare @FASTag_NETC I had traveled on Samruddhi express on the 7thJan2023 I had paid the amount in cash at the Toll plaza as my account wasn't recharged. But Fasttag through paytm deducted my Toll of 900rs that is nagpur to shirdi full Toll tax, where I traveled 1/1

Paytm for your information I tried multiple times they asked for a toll receipt that I paid the toll in cash. Which I obtained last month and send on your @Paytmcare through app. I need my refund of 900 which you deducted through fasttag. I have toll receipt I paid in cash DM you

@makemytripcare Thanks radhe.. this refund for possible only after my multiple tweets 🙃 😑 but my experience with @makemytrip @makemytripcare was very pathetic this time and now I have switched to other Platform for my travel bookings. Thanks anyways 4 the refund amount otherwise it was 6april

@makemytrip @makemytripcare @airindiain I had raised the cancel request on 6jan23 today is almost 1ndhalf month. No option to contact makemytrip support via cal or mail only chat via your pathetic interface app. I tried calling Air India they didn't receive refund request. Cheat!
